“Great customer service and the best prices I could find on the net. Special thanks to the chat advisor, Simon, who patiently answered my multitude of questions regarding both the sink and tap I was looking at before I made my purchase. Delivery was swift and efficient—I chose the free delivery option and received a text message from the courier the day before, and another giving me a one-hour delivery window on the day itself. The tap and sink have not been installed yet so I can't comment on their performance, but they look great and of high quality. Many thanks—5*”

“I have not received my order, it is now 11 days since order was placed seem to be waiting on manufacturer and a call back from Sinks & Taps. When I get the items I will be able to review them, but currently service & delivery is slow. The prices are good so I will use this company again, just a hitch!”

Dear Mrs Sims Many thanks for your feedback. We are very sorry there was a delay with your order. As explained we had two of the four items in stock and were expecting the remaining two items on our next delivery from the Manufacturers. Unfortunately the two remaining items didn't turn up on the delivery. We have offered to exchange the two missing items with similar products and also offered to cover any additional cost. We process thousands of orders and most items are held in stock for immediate delivery. However, occasionally we have an unexpected delay and would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

“They answered my query quickly. Very pleased. Ordered the taps, and they were delivered within days. The taps have not been plumbed in yet, so I cannot comment on how they work.”
