“The product was cheaper than anywhere else, however the communication and delivery times were not great. Was meant to take 2-3 weeks and in the end arrived 4 weeks later. I had to chase up a number of times and replies were slow and only partially covered questions raised. Dpd delivery was great with communication on the day of delivery.”

Dear Mrs Heaton. We did send a previous reply to advise the factory producing the wire baskets had closed down and provided an alternative to consider. We have emailed the details again. Please check your spam/junk folder as it may have gone into there!

“Good product - tap looks good and works fine with quite low hot water pressure. Exactly what was required. The delivery was a bit later than I anticipated and after 5d my one e mail seems to have prompted Sinks and Taps to get it despatched quickly thereafter and it was duly delivered next day or day after. Great reaction from Sinks and Taps but would have preferred if it had been promptly despatched in first place.”

“I have to say that the help, communication, professionalism and speed of delivery was second to none. I ordered a Perrin & Rowe kitchen tap with a lead time of 6 weeks or so. I explained we needed this urgently and the gentleman put a note on the order to hopefully speed up delivery. The item arrived within a matter of a few days and it was also lockdown. I can highly recommend Sinks-Taps.com - excellent all round!”

“Taps arrived with wrong tail pipes. So unable to fit taps. Customer support promised replacement pipes would arrive next day. 16 days later they still haven’t shipped. We had to go and buy alternate fittings to install taps.”

Hi Barry. I'm really sorry. We requested the correct parts be sent direct from Abode to you on the day you requested. They confirmed that parts would be sent and we have not heard anything since. I can only apologise for the inconvenience caused. Its incredibly frustrating for us also when we have arranged for the parts to be dispatched and the company we are reliant on fails to send them or let us know of any issues. Again, please accept our apologies.
