“On line chat very helpful, I was struggling to find a filter tap on the sort I wanted, I was advised to look at the adobe swich system which can feed filtered water through any tap, very helpful, good price on the tap too. Neither are fitted yet but were delivered in the timescale promised and look great, so can’t wait to get to use them”

Hi David You returned an item and in normal circumstances the refund would be completed automatically within 30 days. However, you didn't want to wait and instead raised a dispute with Paypal. This just complicated the issue as we have to provide proof to Paypal that we had supplied the product etc. We completed the Paypal request and the refund was then completed automatically.

“Ordered a sink and mixer tap on 2 separate orders. Was kept updated by email on dispatch of items so I knew when to expect them; delivery estimate at the time of placing orders was correct. Awaiting the tap (should be arriving this afternoon) but the sink arrived well-packed and in perfect condition/as described on the website. Very pleased.”

“I placed an order with this firm on June 24th of this year. They acknowledged my order immediately and that was the last I've heard from them. On July 8th I emailed them to inquire about the delay in sending my order but again, nothing. Fortunately I paid with Paypal and I'm now in the process of looking for my money back. Please don't order anything from this company, they seem to be either badly run or simple gangsters”
