“Brilliant service from ordering to delivery. Easy to use website. Used live chat, call handler very helpful. Good email communication and messaging. Item was well packaged, liked that you had time to inspect goods at time of delivery. Only thing I would say is that they don't price match.”

“I have sent two emails to Sinks-Taps to complain about the product dripping and have yet to receive even an acknowledgement of receipt. Could you ask them to get back to me? Thanks.”

Hi Reg Thank you for your positive review, it's really appreciated. We are not sure about the comparison with Amazon as we try and distance ourselves from the giant corporate American companies taking over the world. Im glad though to see we saved you £263.40 off the price of the tap and managed to deliver it within just 3 working days. I'm sure you will agree, not too bad for a little independent company based in York! Thanks again and we hope you love the tap and should you need anything in the future, please try us again, we will do all we can to beat the previous 3 day delivery time.

“I consulted their Website, and found exactly the answer is needed. I know nothing of the fine-arts of plumbing, and even I could understand it. Thanks.”
