the buying process was simple, product arrived well packed and really happy with the product. (granite sink) , the sink was too large (my error) by the time we went to fit its was over the 14 days from ordering. (but prob not from when i received the item). when asked to return you agreed with a restocking fee which was fair, but i have to arrange my own courier. Most now have a collection service for a standard fee ie 9.95 seems to be the magic number! but to post back due to the size will be awkward.
