“Disappointed with service and contact, nothwithstanding Covid. I had to chase them after order placed for two weeks for any feedback and their number on website is unavailable. It took 3 emails to get hold of one of the team. We were then advised one of our items didn’t have a delivery date so had to replace. Our revised order arrived today, both sinks but only one tap.”

“Unfortunately the waiting time listed on the website was not accurate and upon calling found out I was to wait a further 4-6weeks for delivery. That was on October 16th, and I am still waiting for a refund all this time later. Quick to take the money, slow to return it it seems.”

“AB writes: This is the 2nd time I've found exactly what I need in sinks-taps great comprehensive range. There was a delivery issue from the manufacturer which would have meant I had an unexpected 4-6 weeks delay, but the team at sinks-taps followed it up and after less than a day, came back with the news I wanted - a delivery date for the new sink just 2 days away! Well done!! The delivery came as promised and the product, like the service is brilliant.”

“I used the chat function to ask about availability of the tap I wanted. John was extremely helpful and explained that they were expecting stock the next week and that he could make sure one was set aside for us. I placed the order and we received the tap the next week as expected. Brilliant service thank you!”

“Quality products at a competitive price. Good delivery service, very pleased with my sink and tap. My only comment is if you want to call at their address at Pocklington, the building is very hard to find and is not clearly marked. A small sign off the main road would help and a clearer sign on the building.”

“Brilliant service from ordering to delivery. Easy to use website. Used live chat, call handler very helpful. Good email communication and messaging. Item was well packaged, liked that you had time to inspect goods at time of delivery. Only thing I would say is that they don't price match.”
