“Although the quality of the Alexis wig is good it's obvious it has product on it as it is not as depicted. There are not as many layers and it lacks height so a little disappointing the in the style, however have decided to keep it and would recommend Simply Wigs as the service, delivery etc is very good.”

Hello, thank you for the great review. Purchasing online is very difficult and we agree the models pictures can differ to how a style will arrive. We do add the 360 views to the website to help with this. These show the wigs out of the box and how they will reach you (minus the model's "styling.") “I can't fault the service that I have received from Simply Wigs. The wig that I have was out of stock with a long delay. They immediately refunded my money but kept the wig on order. Once it came in they notified me. I paid for the wig and it was dispatched immediately. The staff are always very friendly and helpful whether on the phone or email. A great company to deal with.”
