Avoid this company - they will not refund if the wig proves unsuitable ! I ordered the easi-fringe topper. It was completely unsuitable for my fine hair type and looked like an obvious wig when I tried it on. I called the company and asked for advice - they suggested I try an alternative style. Thankfully I waited before ordering the other style. I repackaged the item and returned it at my own cost. It was packaged in the same way as it arrived to me. I was denied a refund on the basis that the packaging tissue was ‘scrunched up’ and the wig was heavily perfumed - well, not by me!!! I appreciate that company’s need to take care that items are not used and returned - this item was not used. It was tried on and then returned. Very disappointed.

Had difficulties communicating with simply wigs. I think the major problem was that they were quick to take payment before he product was actually in stock. They contacted me asking whether or not I still wanted to wait for the product to come into stock without giving me a credit for non delivery of the product. I did receive one item on my order which they held up waiting to see if I wanted the item which was out of stock. Was not happy with item that I received. Still have not received my credit for the out to stock item.

Sorry but I was disappointed with the eyebrow tattoos they are to grey in colour not brown and didn't seem anything like pictured when I applied them

Terrible for the price. Nothing like photo. Very disappointed. I have scrunchie hair up dos for half the price. Way better quality. Sorry but would not recommend your service.

I was pleased with quality of the wig but the color was wrong. Be careful with photos as they are not always indicative of the color. BUT, BIGGEST disappointment was that I could not return it. BEWARE THAT IF YOU ARE NOT LIVING IN THE UK YOU CANNOT RETURN THE WIG. Perhaps this was in the fine print but I didn't see it. When I spoke with someone by phone asking about ordering from France and they said it was easy to do but that there would be customs duty. Fair enough BUT WHY NOT TELL ME THE WIG COULD NOT BE RETURNED. WASTE OF NEARLY 100 pounds.

I ordered what was purported to be alcohol free hair spray, but when it turned up it had alcohol in it. I would have had to pay to send it back so I have thrown it away.
