“I sent for a Softie Jon Renau cap for £35 which shows a picture of a green and navy cap. When I received it the cap was plain navy. I shall be keeping the cap because I have scarves that I can put round it but in future you should show the right picture.”

“Wig was described as Medium Large. It was certainly not large at all. All male wigs are unconvincing synthetic...why try so little?”

“When the wig arrived it was in very poor state. Instead of a cut it looked like it had been hacked at. It did not fall into place parts of the wig would not just settle into place. Very very poor quality.”

“Completely the wrong colour wasa sent. The description mentioned ashy and blonde neither of which were in the wig. They responded about colour resolution on computers etc but I photographed in daylight and used almost new iMac and you should see from the photo what I mean. They refused to return my postage of £3.95 but 'because I was disappointed' returned the outgoing postage of £1.95 as they have access to a business rate. No need to use them again with that attitude and I found cheaper wigs elsewhere. Foolish decision for them for the sake of £2 as it made me look elsewhere.”

“I bought the Yanna White Spiral Turban Scarf from Masumi Headwear for £49.00 just before Christmas as I have sadly lost all of my hair and wanted something a little more glamorous for wearing to bed at my son's house. Sadly this was a great disappointment as it was far too small to wear comfotably ( it gave me a headache) as it was so tight and looked awful. The material didn't 'give' at all so I spent hours trying to adapt it for a larger size with padding. A complete waste of money and so disappointing! :(”
