“I was timed out of the last one. It was supposed to be delivered by Royal Mail.”

“Have bought a lot of these over the years but the quality of the hair seems to have dropped which is a shame as they used to be so good!”

“I ordered numerous heavy items including shampoo and conditioner. The packaging used was insufficient and the parcel arrived ripped. It was lucky that the contents did not fall out in transit. I would prefer more substantial packaging to be used please instead of a paper envelope.”

“I agree with another reviewer, I find your website on my sumsung phone awful ! Can't get to see the colours, reviews, photos etc. I have bought from you before the website was brilliant, but not anymore. Will.have to try on my laptop.”

“Waited 2 weeks before I chased the order to find it was out of stock This wig was nowhere near as realistic as my last but needed it quickly so had to make do”

“Happy with the wig when it eventually arrived. 5 weeks later. I had to chase my order twice. I think if you are aware of a problem with delivery perhaps to let the customer know as I was on the verge of cancelling.”

“I purchased a Christine sun cap. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but good communication helped. The hat arrived, beautifully wrapped. The label stated “grey” as ordered, although the colour seems more beige to me (?). However the shape is great, kept the sun off during recent trip to Italy, so I’m happy!”

“Not a criticism of SW but of the manufacturers in that I still struggle to find an all round 14 inch bob type that rests nicely on top of the shoulders but not totally encompassing the face. SW are the people to go to, their service, delivery and any returns are second to non.”

“I emailed and stated that I needed to cancel my order before despatch but was still sent anyway with instructions to send back. I received my product and was very disappointed. Didn't even bother to return - went in the bin. Don't bother.”

“I like the wig, the fringe is just right as well, but I find it still looks like a wig when it is on and not like real hair, it's soft and fits nice. I just wish the wigs didn't look so thick in the front and to the sides, a lot of people have have fine hair naturally and don't want to have the really thick look.”
