“Great choice and value and very helpful staff. I love browsing this site and always check to see if my favourite style is on offer. This is the only place from where I buy my wigs and I have complete confidence whenever I place an order. Returns are also very easy and no hassle, a great plus because some things just don't suit us all, no matter how lovely they may look. Many thanks for being there.”

“This was my first purchase and I rang to see where my order was. Tracey who answered was very helpful and advised where my order was up to and expected delivery time. She also backed this up with an email. The package was very well presented, wrapped in purple tissue paper and a small box containing a chocolate inside. I was very pleased with the whole experience.”

They have mastered the art of being able to maintain a hugely successful business whilst being accessible to all their customers who wish to actually speak to a company employee for advice and support. This becomes a much needed personal response to people who may be struggling physically, psychologically and emotionally with finding themselves in a position where they feel for whatever reason they must wear a wig. For anyone who finds themselves in this position it can be overwhelmingly depressing. However, Simply Wigs makes the whole experienced a positive, genuinely interesting and empowering experience. “The Lizzy wig I sent for was exactly like my own hairstyle was before I started to lose my hair. I sent for it in a much lighter shade than my own, and sadly it didn't suit me very much, so I was able to return it and get an exchange for a darker one that is closer to my own natural colour. It was a seamless exchange. The service is wonderful, and the staff are really warm and friendly. They couldnt have been nicer. I will be ordering another wig soon. Maybe I will try something out of my comfort zone. There is such a wonderful collection.”
