“Fantastic customer service, nothing is too much trouble. I have often rung them for advice or queries regarding wigs and toppers. They take the time and trouble to answer my queries. Love the website too as you can see the cap construction and the 360 view is invaluable. Customers photos are also incredibly helpful before purchase. I really would not go anywhere else to purchase as they have been so helpful, beautifully packaged parcels, good delivery times and I trust them because of that.”

“I have used wigs for many years now. Not because of hair loss due to chemotherapy, or alopecia, but because I have always had fine hair, and it became even finer during the menopause. I wore very short, bleached white pixie cuts for a while, and then grew it a little longer to enable me to tie it back and use fake ponytails, but decided to give wigs a go, and there was no going back. I live in France, and even after the UK left the EU, Simply Wigs made no big song and dance about it, whereas other wig companies priced themselves out of the competition with their p&p costs. The website is great, with a very good selection of wigs, and the customer service is superb too. The Ellen Wille wigs are far cheaper with Simply Wigs, then they are on a French site I have used. And, last, but not least, the wig is also well packaged on delivery, and the little chocolate box is always a welcome sight.”

“I am awaiting delivery of my second online order with Simply Wigs. My first order was exactly what I ordered. Prompt delivery and lovely packaging. Quality wig. I subsequently made an order of a different wig, which was not suitable. The telephone guidance I received was second to none. Friendly, non judgemental and well informed. The returns process was simple. Having taken further guidance from the advisor, I now await delivery of my second wig. Having been very unsure of ordering a wig on line, I can honestly say that Simply Wigs have convinced me to have confidence in this process. It has been perfect for me as I do not have a local shop.
