“Initial telephone call to get advice on colours, very helpful, and advised on how to try up to 3 wigs and return any that didn't suit. Placed order, good communication and good delivery times. Very happy with service.”

“I was very impressed with the service given by Simply Wigs, the wig I ordered arrived so beautifully presented, it looked like a gift, even the chocolate in a little box was such a nice touch. The wig itself was such a lovely colour and really good quality, it wasn't the right fit for me but fortunately it was such an easy process to return the item. Would highly recommend.”

“It's a lovely wig but the colour was completely different from the previous wigs I have had in that colour it was much darker brown not the dark blonde it usually is ( Dark Sand Mix) never the less I decided to keep it and I'm very happy with it thank you.”

“Nearly all excellent. Customer Service for me has been perfect over the years, thank you. Just two or three times a wig has had areas of lesser quality, i.e; a fuzzy area of hair or a kink which creates an unwanted effect.”
