“Hair loss of whatever cause is so traumatic. Until it happens to you, it is difficult to understand the impact on your confidence, your mental well being, and your lifestyle choices. On exploring hair replacement options, I found Simply Wigs online. I Approached them with tentative enquiries and then booked an appointment to try some wigs I had chosen from their website. Sue was the first person I met who understood how I felt. She treated me with empathy; professionalism and kindness. There is no pressure to buy. Trying different hairstyles and with Sue styling the one I chose to suit me, really changed my mindset about wigs. I followed up with another fitting, and then I recently braved ordering online. Which with the help of Emma, led to yet another hair style this time one I was confident I could unpack and wear. The helpfulness of the whole team at Simply Wigs is exceptional. I feel confident that I can ask any questions, however trivial and get advice about styles, colours and brands. They have great offers on that change monthly and the range of options is huge.”
