“My experience with simply wig was alright. Wigs are nice smooth but too expensive.. Also i don't understand the policy where you cant return the products. if theyre not used they should be allowed to return. Also i think they should have a beginner friendly plan for first time users. Simply wig is a big brand but doesnt offer side items like cap / band for the wig whereas they are other local and small brands that offers those items for free with there wigs. if we compare the wig quality its not much difference.”

“That I am a repeat customer pretty much says that I trust the company and appreciate their efforts. Whenever I have contacted them they have always been curteous and helpful. Their parcels are sent with discretion so no one gets a clue that you are getting wigs through the post and they come with a little special favour in the shape of a Ferrero Rocher chocolate. I would highly recommend Simply Wigs whether you need to wear a wig or just want one to wear for a special day out.”

“I wouldn't use any other company. I've been buying from them for years and their customer service is second to none. If you have a query they sort it quickly and efficiently. There is always a huge choice on offer and the customer photos make choosing a lot easier. They also have weekly and monthly offers which are well worth it, you save a lot of money. They deserve five stars at least.”

“Simply Wigs were very helpful to me, I had a bad experience with another company who I thought was a uk company which was actually Chinese I lost £81 with a wig that was totally unwearable. Simply Wigs were so easy to order with got a discount because I am going through Chemo I can't thank them enough at least I can go out with a wig that I love.”

“Fantastic customer service!! I purchased the Amore long mono topper in a large size cap. I had a query about it and returned it to be checked. The customer service executive immediately contacted me and sent out for a new one - compared them both, then telephoned me to assure me that it was quite correct and I had worried unnecessarily. She then posted on the hairpiece to me at no extra charge - and with a chocolate!! I felt so stupid, worrying unnecessarily, but the customer exec was lovely. Constant email updates and superb customer service!! And the hairpiece looks fabulous!! I had the usual one and I'm delighted Amore have come out with a larger cap - and lots more hair coverage!! Recommend both company and topper 100 percent!!”
