“Customer services staff were lovely and quick to respond. Sadly quite a few wigs I wanted were on back order. The ones I ordered arrived quickly, beautifully packaged but sadly weren’t suitable. Easy procedure to return.”

Thank you for your comments. We do advise our customers to call in and check stock before ordering, as all of our wigs are ordered in from our suppliers on demand. We do not hold all wigs in stock, I'm afraid, as we have such a huge range available on our website. The SW Team x

“A little long for me but it is an amazing wig. Sits nicely low on the scalp and the hair is truly luxurious.”

After explaining my concerns and sending photographs it took about 20 mins for me to check out their fabulous recommendations and make a decision.
