“The wig cap arrived it’s good except it’s too big , I have trimmed the lace front as it came down way too low but to get the cap above my ears where there is shaping to go around my ears creates a bubble of air over the top of my head and so it doesn’t fully stop my wig from moving about . The band fits fine but just too much material on top for my head size (petite) which is a pity.”

“I placed a late order for a wig to wear to a special event from simply wigs. I rang Simply wigs because I was unsure of if it would arrive in time. I was reassured that the wig was in stock and that it would be posted to me straight away and that I should receive it on time. True to their word, I did receive the wig in good time. The wig was lovely, especially the colour, which was what I wanted, unfortunately the style that I chose didn't suit my face. I rang Simply wigs again and was told how the returns procedure works. I returned the wig and was promised a full refund which I am expecting any day soon. My experience of Simply wigs was a very good one. The persons I spoke to were very friendly and helpful and the service was very prompt. Thank you Simply wigs.”

“Since losing all my hair in 2022 I have always turned to Simply Wigs for advice. I am unable to visit their store so rely on their service online. It's not always possible to get my personal choice right every time, but on the rare occasion I do get it wrong, they have an excellent return service. I love the fact that customers are happy to show photos of their purchases, it helps enormously when choosing a wig online. I would love to see different angles of the model photos. Most of the models are shown front face but I think it's important to be able to see a more overall look. For anyone reading this who has lost hair only recently, I know from my own experience what a daunting and upsetting time it is, but reach out to Simply Wigs, they can help you.”

“I have bought all my wigs from Simply Wigs - two in your studio in Slaithwaite and the rest online. I have been delighted with the personal and online service. Kept abreast of delivery dates and have never been let down. The quality of the wigs have been superb and I have learned so much along my journey. I have two Jon Renau, two Rachel Welch’s and one Rene of Paris. I have learned I prefer hand tied caps, monofilament and extended lace fronts and that Jon Renau hand tied caps fit me the best. I now have two wigs I am looking to donate to a charity. My preferred supplier.”
