“I have been ordering from SW for around 11 years in total and every purchase has been great. I account ordered the wrong item and it was easy to return with no quibble. When i wanted to try a new style i ordered 3 and sent back the two that didn’t suit. Much easier than visiting a store with restricted availability.”

“The wig topper was beautifully packaged, and I thought the product seemed marvellous but unfortunately I'd ordered the wrong colour and have had to return the wig. But customer service was so helpful and the return dealt with in days which impressed me. I would definitely try ordering a replacement.”

“Originally a bit dubious about getting a new wig; I have had so many poor quality ones with misleading marketing from other sources but the Gisela Mayer, Hi Flirt wig from Simply Wigs is beautiful. It far outweighs my expectations. Comfortable, fabulous style, easy to manage. Doesn’t look like I’m wearing a wig at all. Lots of compliments. Would highly recommend products and service.”
