“Very pleased with the packaging the wig arrived in. However the wig itself had far too much hair. It looked fantastic and wavy online but in reality was actually very straght so this item has been returned. I have already chosen a replacement that is very curly and hopefully this will be better for me so will reorder when my refund has gone into my bank account.”

“Received my wig but unfortunately I ordered wrong colour sent back and got a refund within a few days. I rang yourselves and have got sorted just waiting for my new wig to arrive.”

“I was very happy with the quality and the shape, however, the grip is very orange and shows the the dark brown hair I would have thought the grip would have been black or dark brown, so I am going to try disguise it with black indelible pen so it doesn’t show through the the hair.”

“Had difficulties communicating with simply wigs. I think the major problem was that they were quick to take payment before he product was actually in stock. They contacted me asking whether or not I still wanted to wait for the product to come into stock without giving me a credit for non delivery of the product. I did receive one item on my order which they held up waiting to see if I wanted the item which was out of stock. Was not happy with item that I received. Still have not received my credit for the out to stock item.”

“I made a design mistake on the first wig, so phoned up as I was to go away the following week and needed it replaced. The lady I spoke to was so helpful. They always are. I'm still away wearing my new wig. Great service.”

“The staff are very prompt & efficient. The wigs are often delivered the next day after order. However, I have noticed for nearly a year that the quality of the wigs have significantly declined and are overpriced for the quality.”
