“Exceptional customer service. All staff were extremely helpful, going above and beyond when I ordered the wrong colour item. Exchange was made by return and I received my replacement within 3 days.”

“Love my wig and excellent customer service, but very upset at the price increase from £294 to £420 within one month. I have to replace my wig every 3 months because its synthetic hair and goes frizzy within 3 months. I think its unfair and sad that the price fluctuates dramatically every time I reorder. I wear a wig because I have to as I am half bald. not because im vane.”
