“I have used Simply Wigs several times, both by mail order and collecting from the shop in person. Whether by phone or in person, the staff are always helpful with their advice and very welcoming amd courteous. Sadly I had to return my last wig as it wasn't suitable for me but the returns procedure was quick and simple. Highly recommended.”

“I have alopecia and over the years have ordered 6 wigs from Simply Wigs, two were not quite right for me and I was able to return them with no problem. The four I kept were fantastic and I am often complimented on them, especially the lace fronted ones - people just don't believe I am wearing a wig.”

“I ORDERED A GESELLLE MAYER WIG FROM YOU AS IVE HAD ONE MOREOR LESS THE SAME MAKE AND COLOUR AND I KNOW THEY ARE ECEPTIONAL IN QUALITY AND. COLOUR , AND NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT , THE MATERIALS USED ARE GOOD AS THE DONT MAKE YOUR HEAD ITCH NOT LIKE CHEAP WIGS ,IT TOOK A LITTLE LONGER FOR DELIVERY THAN EXPECTED BUT WAS WELL WORTH THE WAIT ,,,, AS A CUSTOMER OF SIMPLY WIGS THANK YOU ,,,, I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS. “I bought the Hillary Moonlight wig recently, and the staff were so helpful on the phone. I have several lovely ladies' wigs from Simplywigs. When it arrived I was really loving the style and colour. It is grey with a slight bluish tinge but only slight and fitted me beautifully. I was able to style it easily to make me look and feel very feminine indeed. It felt really comfortable on, and I could not wait to go out wearing it, which I did today. Got a few admiring glances, and definitely keeping it. A lovely style and fitted me like a glove !”

“Excellent customer service - always. My only query and suggestion is about how to morph gently into going grey. I'm sure others of your clients would appreciate some examples of wigs where one can purchase wiga that help this stage. I have always worn the Sky Noriko wigs. For a couple of years have worn the one with the greying part at the front. (The rest is mid brown - which was my natural colour. Now I want to go more grey, but not completely - that would be a shock. I have in the past ordered a Raquel Welch - too shocking for me to wear. Help please.”

“I have been buying wigs for necessity for a few years now. Simply Wigs was the first website I came across that gave me all the information I could need and the 360 deg views of the wig and customer pics are invaluable in making a decision. Having said that I occassionally get it wrong and have had to return wigs due to purchasing the wrong colour/style for me. The team at Simply Wigs couldn't make it easier and their super fast response to queries is excellent.
