“Where do I start ! From my first call to Laura seeking advice to receiving the most beautiful wig from America everything has been first class Customer service 10/10 personal touch delivery exceeded expectations,product ( Celeste midnight Cocoa)perfect I love it and have had so many compliments including how real it looks . I am so impressed with Simply Wigs that I have asked and received business cards from them so that I can display at my Chemo Clinic .. Big shout out to Laura especially who made what could have been a daunting experience ( I didn’t expect to loose my hair) an absolute pleasure Don’t look anywhere else ladies. !”

“Received Tori wig in ginger brown. It is a lovely wig with not to much density. It is beautiful when on,but trimmed the fringe a tiny bit. Bought a Milano wig cap and grip , and there's no way it will fall off as very secure. Feels light on the head and comfortable. Great price for Rene of Paris wigs. Ordered and arrived within 2 days. Fantastic company. A+++++”

“I’m a big fan of Simply Wigs. They have a good selection of stock photos, customer photos and a 360 on a plastic mannequin head so you can see what to expect. The colour swatches and descriptions are good. The selection of wigs is enormous. Wait times can vary depending on stock availability but you do receive an email to let you know if your item is on a back order with the expected delivery timeframe. They offer a hassle fee 14 day return or exchange with no restocking fee. I use PayPal for my purchases and I get my money back on the same day the refund is issued. Customer service is super - very kind, friendly and understanding. I have probably returned more wigs than I’ve kept and yet they still continue to offer me a great service and totally get that it’s a tough product to buy online. The Community Forum is so positive and supportive. There is so much information on styling, wig wearing hacks and lots of other great reads on their blog. People with hair loss can find lots of information and support on their journey. I really like that wig wearing is celebrated and lots of different looks, ages and styles are featured and included. There is as much anonymity as you want but equally important so much positivity and openness about hair loss and wig wearing. I have only once found the same wig cheaper from another UK company but the whole return process was a disaster so I will never go anywhere else again. I have found my happy place.
