Purchasing a wig online can be tricky as you never know what will suit you, but I cannot fault the customer care team, if it’s not quite the right one for you then the refund process is speedy! I did manage to find the perfect wig and the extra touches with your package make it feel more special.”

“I ordered my first wig from Simply Wigs, and I am so pleased I did. The customer service was fantastic. There was a fault with the first wig sent out, and this was immediately replaced with a new one for me (or an offer of refund). I also called to arrange next day delivery (at additional cost) which was facilitated really easily. Staff I spoke to were a positive reflection of the company and I will certainly be shopping here again in future.”
