“Simply Wigs are a fantastic company, I have ordered 2 Wigs from them but unfortunately both of them I never kept and had to send back, that wasn't the companies fault, that was the fault of the advertisment/website. The Wigs didn't look like the ones advertised, which was a shame.”

“The wig is beautiful but the hair pokes through it quite aggressively and left scratches all along my scalp. Unfortunetely, I would return it but they do not allow returns from the US.”

“Always been amazed by how quickly the wigs are despatched and I have received them within days of ordering. On one occasion I returned a wig because the style wasn't suitable and I was reimbursed very quickly. Good selection of wigs and excellent customer service.”

“Fantastic service and products , saw the lovely Sue in store for my original wig and ordered a second online , both were fantastic quality and price , everyone whose seen them can't believe they are wigs ! Staff were so helpful , nothing was too much bother have recommended them to all the ladies on my chemo sessions, look forward to more wigs in the future !”

“Wish I had discovered Simply Wigs before the many disasters I’ve gone through! Apart from the staff being absolutely brilliant in listening helping advising and receiving returns and refunding promptly they allow you to keep buying and returning until you get it right!!! Such a relief And their hair products are really good! Only reason I’ve returned is if I’ve ordered wrong sizing otherwise amazing! Thank you so much all of you at Simply Wigs! 🙏💞”
