“Beautiful quality hair, looks very natural but there is not enough Hair clips and they are heavy for a fine hairs. But after you managed to fix it, it is quite impressive. I wonder if this can be fixed easily”

“Excellent Service. I bought my hairpiece online. .. it’s hard to see from the photograph if it’s going to look okay. So I ordered two. And booked my hair appointment so I could match the piece to my hair.. unbeknown to me, I had ordered one that had to come from Germany. But they went out of their way to get it to me on time before my appointment. .. I was over the moon. One of the pieces I had to send back because it wasn’t right for me .. I had no problems getting a refund. … Will definitely be shopping with them again in the near future. .. thank you simply Wigs ❤️❤️❤️”

“Such a pleasure talking to Emma Jay and Amy, sound so kind and interested as if you were the only customer. The wig is fabulous and will be worn often especially when weather is cooler Thanks to everyone, the curly topper not so good but l have tried to straighten it without success so can't return it. My hairdresser will cut off the curls and it can be a small piece to cover and spot on my crown which is very thin.”

“I had the best time in the store with Sue, who was so lovely and helpful. I tried all the wigs I'd ordered, and with Sues help and knowledge, I chose one and felt a million dollars. It looked that good I wore it straight away. Fabulous experience and worth the 1hr 40mins trip. I've also ordered online, I kept some, sent some back, and all went perfectly smooth. Their website is so easy to use and very informative. I don't order form other websites as they're not as descriptive as Simply Wigs. 10/10 from me x”
