“This was a good service except for the lack of an emailed (or any) order acknowledgment. I was aware of the long delivery lead time but without any acknowledgement to refer to and because I’d visited so many similar sites searching for the part, I lost track of the supplier and was left wondering if my order might have been missed. I eventually found the site I’d ordered from and the part arrived as promised but a simple email at time of purchase would have resulted in a 5 star review.”

“Very helpful pre-purchase advice, who clearly knew their stuff, and gave confidence they were the right supplier choice. Would use again! Correct part, reasonable price (not the cheapest), but disappointed it took 13 calendar days/10 working days from order to delivery, even with courier paid for.”

“I enquired about a led bulb assy for our candy fridge freezer & I was told by your employee that because off the NI portacol that you were no longer sending goods to N.I I was absolutely outraged off the attitude off your company, N.I is part off the UK I was so outraged that you made me feel like a second class citizen in my own country, I reported your company to my local westminister MP who has forwarded your company to the trading standards, item has been bought from Connect a mainland wholesalers who were more than happy to sell & send me the item to Northern Ireland my friends will not be doing business with your company anytime soon unless I receive an apology & that you start treating residents in N.Ireland with the respect that they deserve by trading with them .”

Perhaps your anger should be directed at the people that *changed the law* meaning that customs declarations are required to send items to NI. It's the law, it's not optional. It is not our choice. If others can charge you enough to cover the cost of doing all the paperwork that's required then that's up to them, not us. We can't. Of course, also assuming that you're willing to pay the higher prices as well. The same applies to all EU states as well as NI so, it's not at all discriminatory in any way whatsoever, it is a direct result of the UK's decision to leave the EU on the terms that it has. And when you've even companies like Amazon refusing to supply items in NI, you kind know there's a problem, a big one. We watch the news as well and are up to speed on legislative requirements. We also dislike will we say, the position as much as those in Ni and the EU but, it is what it is.

“Ordered an element for my oven, although the item was out of stock it was posted as soon as it came in. Pity that Royal Mail don’t provide the same service. UK Whitegoods on the other hand were excellent.”

“Whitegoods sell a lot of items for older appliances, which is great. However in my case , the oven rubber seal I purchased was not joined, the connection had broken and would not stretch around the glass in one piece and would not form a seal, leaving a gap of 5 cms. I was told this was how it came and it was not accepted that it was broken. I don't think the person I was communicating with at whitegoods had any idea how the part was meant to work and his frustration at not understanding didn't not help. Despite this, the website is good, as is the range of items they supply and I was eventually offered a refund if I paid the postage to return it.”
