Basically I ordered a £100 part for my dishwasher and paid. then they went bust. Never sent my part and I lost my money.

3 weeks after ordering the product, I still have not had a single pro-active email from ukwhitegoods either confirming the order or advising progress. I'm disappointed they no longer have a working phone number on which they can be contacted. However, they do respond to emails. They have resolved the fact I was double charged for the order, and refunded one charge to my card. They have also told me that due to incorrect customs paperwork the item has been returned to the supplier country (France) and not yet delivered to them. But still no indication as to when I might receive it, indeed no pro-active commnication at all. This is a significant detrioration from previous times I have used ukwhitegoods, since in the past they were proactive and kept me informed.

Placed a simple order but not received and chased. I was told it was being shipped to the uk. Chased again and was told it was delayed due to paperwork. Chased again and was then told they have gone in to administration. Avoid!

**Key Points** -UK Whitegoods does not have an accurate representation of stock levels on their website -Customer service is not proactive, it will be down to YOU to contact THEM if there are stock issue with your order -Your refund will take weeks to be processed, if processed at all **Full Review** I ordered an oven shelf from UK Whitegoods on the 22nd of June, with an expected shipping date of 5 to 7 days - I even paid extra for quicker shipping. After hearing nothing from them for two weeks, I contacted customer support to find out when I should expect this item. It was only then that I was told that the part was out of stock with the supplier and it would be another 8 - 12 weeks before it would be available. At this point, I requested a refund and was advised that my details had been past on to the accounts team to process the refund. That was 4 weeks ago, and it was the last contact I've had with anyone from UK Whitegoods. No rerfund has been issued and no one from the accounts team has been in contact to discuss this. I have sent an email to ask for more details, but so far this has fallen on deaf ears.

Ordered some spare parts for my fridge on 8th June and still haven’t received them. I emailed whitegoods a couple of weeks ago and was told it’s due to supply chain issues from the supplier in France and was given a timeline of dispatch in the next week. Still not received my order! Would not recommend. Not sure why they think I’m called ‘out supplier in France either’ ?

If Miele would allow you to stock their spare parts instead of their outrageous prices I would have given you top marks plus. You answered my question so quickly, I was impressed. I will try using your services in the future for other things

Shocking service, still waiting after 3 months for the part, you have to chase for updates and when you get one it states the same spin of “it’s in France and waiting delivery”, you would be better off walking to France and bringing it back your self.. 0 out of 10.

Only issue was that delivery was a bit slow and tracking not available. Goods themselves excellent and at the best price I could find. I would certainly recommend them.

Constantly having to chase up for update a faulty part replacement Taken 3 months only confirm part is faulty and now another could be 6 weeks for a replacement part as they never have any parts in stock according to them!! Even though I know someone ordered the same part delivered withing a week, they have given 6 weeks just to delay it very poor dealings and customer service Would not recommend at all buy from elsewhere it's easier

On the one hand the overall experience didn’t get me what I want because after five months the part was still not delivered, however when I asked for my money back it was there within 24 hours

Enquired to check a part for my Smeg inset oven, query was answered perfectly and correctly and once ordered, the part was here in a couple of days. Excellent company, thank you.
