“Needing parts for a relatively obscure appliance I needed some advice. This was accurate and virtually in real time. This gave me confidence to order. Goods arrived after a couple of weeks, so not the fastest, but I was warned in advance that covid was causing delays. Goods arrived by courier and were of good quality and easy to fit. Would certainly use UK Whitegoods again”

“Order a Bosch replacement fridge shelf after 4 weeks waiting (assuming covid issue) contacted them via email to be told looks like your order has been over looked. So, shelf finally arrives.. damaged, email again, ordered another, received email that item dispatched... still waiting a week later. Not good service no follow up to see if we have our order.”

“Needed a switch/pcb for a 12 year old Elica Island extractor. Official UK Elica site were not interested in helping to source or even identify the part but Kenneth from UK Whitegoods played a blinder. Very good communications, he quickly identified the newer replacement part, sourced one from Italy and had it sent out today. Installation wasn't particularly easy but I've got it fitted and extractor is up and running. A new equivalent hood is well over £1k so to say I'm chuffed is an understatement.”
