“I never received my items. I waited 4 weeks then re-connected you via email wondering where my parts are, then i was told they will be shipped out shortly with no apology except plenty of excuses. After the person i spoke to was rude and non apologetic, i insisted i wanted a refund. He refunded my money and still no apology. That is no way to run a business. If you can't ship to Australia, you should just tell people that. Poor communication and rude.”

“They were very helpful in guiding me to the right part to make my repair - I thought I needed a new damper for my fridge door but I was advised that would not solve the problem and I actually needed new hinges. Saved me money and time.”

“took a chance ordering a replacement inner glass panel for my rangemaster classic oven (now obsolete). the part was not in stock and I was given the option to cancel with refund. I accepted the order, delivered within 6 weeks as described. The replacement glass was a perfect fit.”

“I got a quick, polite and very helpful response to my query. I would definitely use UK Whitegoods again. Only suggestion would be that it would be helpful to email the customer once the item has been dispatched as I couldn't tell from the website when exactly it had been sent.”

“Ordered and paid for a part, was emailed stating part was out of stock and was offered a choice of a refund or wait until part was in stock ,was advised 4 week wait. I decided to wait , part was delivered after three weeks. Excellent comunication, part fitted and working . Will use again.”
