“I ordered a replacement panel for my fridge veg drawer on 12 Jan, but when it arrived it was already damaged. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement product, which I have just received today and is fine. The thing I would improve is letting the customer know when the item has been dispatched and it’s on the way, as the delivery took ages. Otherwise everything else was fine and I would order again.”

Welcome to the Brexit as they say. That part delayed with many more as they are not made or held in the UK so the reason your part's taking so long is that the UK decided it was leaving the UK. For us, it's like time-warping back to the '70s, without the bad haircuts and flares.

On a part that has to come from an EU hub over a weekend then has a delivery "normal" estimate of 2-4 days on the shipping method chosen. Still delivered inside the actual estimate.
