“I think the service is a rip-off. Happy to pay the £1.00 so I could ask a question but £30.00 to tell me the item I wanted is obsolete well that is taking money for nothing. I will certainly not recommend this company nor ever use them again.”

That would be fair comment, if it was us. It wasn't. We do not charge a penny for the FREE advice that we give so who charge you and for what, we have absolutely no idea but your comments in regard to us as completely unjustified.

“I approached UK white goods for help finding freezer draws for an old/obsolete (liebherr 3833). Kenneth not only replied swiftly but helped advise me of other options to remedy my issue specifically on the correct product for my needs. Following Kenneth advice I then ordered online and it came as promised and on time as promised Thank you”

“This company was marvellous in locating the item requested, a response via email within 24 hours and from that email link it was easy to order and pay. Delivery was as per quotation. Having contacted the providers of the washing machine, the makers of the washing machine without any success whatsoever and I thought it was no longer available, I was delighted to find it and the washing machine is now repaired (only 3 years old!). So rarely today do we receive such efficient service all the way round.”

“Ordered a dishwasher dispenser, paid extra for 2 day delivery. After a week, still no delivery.. emailed and ukwhitedoods say they don’t stock my item and have to order it in !!! This should of been made clear at time of order. 22 days after my order the part arrived... I’m so happy I paid extra for a speedy delivery!!!!! If I had known of the 3 week wait I would of ordered from elsewhere. But they take your money and say they cannot stock all the items in there site .... so why not make it clear on there web site of this !!! Part works fine.”

“I order fidge freezer led light for the Bose fridge on 15/01/2021. Surprisingly I'm still waiting. I send the 2 email so far. They said the light in the transit soon will reach to me. I hope the led light will arrive within this year. I ask the refund my money I will buy somewhere else, they refused to give refund. My advice to other customers ordering from this company wast of money and time. Unresponsive company. Look like scam your money.”

“Placed an order on 22 Feb, quoted latest delivery estimate was 2 March, now 10 March. Have tried contacting, but no response. Have requested to cancel the order, no response. Will just need to contact credit card company. As always, getting a response indicating knowledge of delay is very important in these circumstances.”

Somewhat not representative of the actuality, the response you were sent was: Hi John, The part was out of stock with us and the supplier. It has now arrived at the supplier and they are shipping them to us. We should have them in the next few days and will dispatch as soon as they arrive. If you are unable to wait please let me know and i will get the order refunded for you. Thank you

Both parts come from Italy, not held in the UK and delayed, sorry but we are powerless to affect the effects of the UK leaving the single market.
