Atrocious... I have been buying from them for several years, I'm gas engineer, proffesional who repairs cookers, so I'm an experienced buyer who buys from many suppliers and i really struggled. What they recently did to this company is just beyond acceptable for me. They disconnected all the phone lines and the only way to contact them is through email which itself is a job and half to access. On their website they mark products as in stock but they don't have any. I was lucky I screenshot-ed my order number as I didn't even received confirmation email , so otherwise I wouldn't be able to open enquiry when 2 weeks later I neither had the parts I ordered or any other kind of communication. When I finally managed to contact someone, in responding email they completely ignored my complaints regarding lack of confirmation or tracking, just generic response that product is not in stock and wait time is another 2 weeks. I waited and still nothing , another email enquiring about delays - response "sorry supplier hasn't got stock another 4 -6 weeks wait" , but guess what ? Went back on their website and those parts still show "in stock" to potential buyers !!! After those 2 weeks and 2 complaints they offered refund, which I swiftly accepted then I bought those parts directly from Simens website, delivered 2 days later.... They just lost me and any people I will ever repair cookers for as customers. Complete lack of customer service , cheap ways of saving money trying to use customers instead by implementing forums..., not even life chat , just difficult to access email, which won't help you if you don't screenshot order number Extremely disappointing

Wrong part!! Despite checking model number the part was way too small. No way it could ever fit that model. It was 15cm too small!!!!Still waiting for a refund

Item didn't arrive. Enquired to as where it was and was advised the item was lost in delivery. Was told another was being sent out and this didn't arrive/wasn't sent. Enquired and asked for a refund which was sent in a couple of days.

Ordered a part thay was put of stock, only found this out after contacting whitegoods, still awaiting delivery, poor customer service should never have sold this if it was out of stock.

I am more than happy to send a review WHEN i receive my item...To date, nothing has been received!! it was stated that it would take at least 3-9 days for delivery...when contacted, I was advised that as it waas a specialized item it had to be ordered specially...well..it was NOT stated on your web site, as I would have gone elsewhere...Frankly, I am not happy at all with your service and will not recommend it ...

Pretty unhappy: we all know oven doors are prone to failure but you say the part is obsolete. I have 11 properties to look after and can't afford to buy a new oven.

Part ordered had failed so messaged customer service explaining the issue and sent picture, was told I had a fault with the motor on my washer which I know 100% I haven't, sent video with old part back in machine to prove ok, not had any further correspondence from you regarding the issue so still not resolved, very poor.

1st the product was good and well pack so cannot complain. However it too far too long to come and coommunication was terrible unless i email to ask for update. what was meant to be 7-10 days turn into 26 days.

I had a terrible experience of ordering at your company. I had to send 2 chaser emails for updates on my order as it had been 2 weeks since i placed my order. To which I got 2 exactly (word for word) replies, advising it should be shipped from France the next week, so obviously not a true update. I then asked to cancel my order and was only notified that this had occurred when my bank informed me. I did not receive a further curtesy email advising that you would refund me. All in all, it was a terrible service and I will not be using your company again. I then ordered my part with another supplier and it was here in 4 days.
