Poor customer service and expected to pay for returns, I emailed asking even if faulty and never got a reply! Food flask doesn’t keep food hot and was just told our hot water in and pre heat? Shocking and won’t buy again

Very disappointed. Liquid leaks out of the lid when closed. Not fit for purpose.

Hi Jill, Thanks for your review :) I'm ever so sorry for any confusion caused when ordering the Pacto Slider Lid. Unfortunately, the lid is splash proof rather than leak proof so will see some spillage if you tip the Pacto up. It's more designed to stop/slow down small spillages on-to-go. Hi Sarah, I'm really sorry to hear this. As long as the Food Flask is being preheated, completely filled to the top and the food is put in as hot as possible, it should be keeping your food hot for up to 10 hours. I've had a look into this our end and I can see that we asked you to send over some photos of the damage on the 8th November but we never heard anything back from you so this wasn't resolved. Bought a flask for my son and after three hours the food is barely warm. Contacted customer service and they replied asking me to do a 10 hour test. I didn't hear back. Emailed again and not heard back. Would not waste my money again!!

Please be aware that our customer service is a very small team of two (and they do not work over the weekends) so you will not receive an immediate reply from them. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SHO sneakily added the option to buy something I didn't want onto my purchase and I thought I was buying my initial order but the extra item had been added. Sent an email immediately saying i didn't want the extra item but they didn't reply until after the item had arrived (quite a few days after I'd sent the email) and now they are making me pay postage to return it. Totally unfair that I am paying as they can't reply in a timely way and adding the extra item is unacceptable. Will not shop with them ever again.

This review is purely as the after sales is shocking...bought 2 flask which did not keep the food hot or even warm after 6 hrs ..after numerous emails to the aftersales taking forever to reply i was asked to test tbe flasks for 10 hrs which i have done to no joy i was asked return these flasks in which i did on the 2oth dec i have not herd a thing from them which is shocking they are quick enough at taking your money but not so quick to even acknowledge the faults....I would not rate these at all. Very disappointed ...still awaiting emails regarding these

Horrible experience with ordering! I ordered on 11/25/22 and 7 weeks later, I have not received my items! Customer service is VERY slow in responding to emails!

Bad design. Bought 2 and whilst the colours are lovely, the lids are stainless steel and you can’t drink it whilst it’s hot as burns your lips!

really disappointed with service. Order arrived considerably later than stated and nothing to do with Royal Mail - it was the despatch time which was slow not the delivery. Then I had an issue with the suitability of one of the items (NB everyone the PACTO is not leakproof but they hide this information away and you can only see it if you click on the "customise" button) - they don't tell you in the Spec for this item on their website, nor do they have any pictures which show the PACTO in fact has a hole in the lid. I reached out to customer services by email as I wanted to return my order. They took quite a while to respond and want me to pay return postage for the PACTO which I argue was missold as it doesn't clearly mention it is not leakproof on the webpage. Return postage for this makes it uneconomical to return. Not a good experience and really condescending reply from the "Customer Happiness Officer".

Nearly 3 weeks for delivery. SHO blamed Royal Mail when it had taken them 10 days to dispatch even though website states 1-3 days to dispatch and 2-3 days delivery. Contacted them via email and messanger but took days to respond. I repeatedly requested a refund due to the fact I hadn’t received the good and was told they couldn’t do that and I needed to refuse parcel or pay for return myself. Parcel was delivered to my neighbour as I wasn’t in. When I opened the parcel I’d been sent the wrong sized bottle. Amazingly, they sent me the correct bottle straight away and it was received within a couple of days! Customer service is slow and poor. Dispatch is slow. Postage is slow. Next time I’d happily be paying more for a bottle from a company who can deliver within their given time frames and not feel the need to tell me that the Royal Mail strikes are the issue!

I ordered a new cup to keep my drinks hot to find out that it doesn’t have a lid so very dangerous as liquids will spill easily and could cause burns.

Appalling. Order took nearly two weeks to be despatched and a further three to be delivered. Whenever I tried contacting sho to chase up my order I just got a stock, generic response which was basically, 'Just be patient, it'll get there when it gets there'; no apology, no explanation, no offer to chase the order with Royal Mail. The items did not come in time so I had to sort alternative bottles from another supplier, and to add insult to injury was told by sho I have to pay for return postage after all that! This was my third order from this company; it will absolutely be my last. Utterly abysmal customer service.

Very slow time to despatch - 5 days - then the postal strike delayed it further so it arrived too late to pass over as a gift for my sister. If it had been sent promptly then it would have made it in time even with the postal strike. Customer care appalling with an automatic response saying do not chase up your query or you will be put to the back of the list to be dealt with.
