“Love the food flask - it has so many uses for both hot and cold food on the go. It still looks as good as new (almost 2 years later) even though my son brings it to school! We lost the spork to it very recently, and the customer service team were so helpful and responsive! I could not be more appreciative of their help!”

“Excellent Customer Service, I got an instant replacement for a faulty bottle. Also love the product that cleans the tea stains from inside the bottles. Been recommending to everyone. I do find that the plastic lids are not as efficient as the stainless steel ones for hot liquids.”

“This is my second order from SHO, not because my first wore out or anything but because it's fab! I work in healthcare and I have a toddler after home so I regularly don't finish my drink in normal time frames but these keep my drinks hot for ages! Very happy customer!”
