“Had ordered a food flask for my granddaughter with personalised name engraved on it engraving on it was not good enough for the xtrer money too small and could not be seen easily, then parcel force sent email to say that they were waiting for it when it was still at the engravers when it was dispatched parcel force gave me a day and times it would be delivered so stayed in NO SHOW got delivered the next day with no update flask is excellent but delivery service was bad”

“Like the product a lot ,the shape and the look of it but I'd have rathered if the top was a screw on ,rather than reliaying on the push on and rubber suction to stop a spillage .”

“Quite a slow delivery, but excellent product. Love the colour. Easy to use and clean. Not sure about the spork but handy to have if no other option. Keeps food/ soup at a good temperature for 4-5 hours.”

“I have the smaller food flask. It works brilliantly and the food stays very hot for hours. My only gripe has been with the customer service when I was chasing my order as it took nearly a week to dispatch, 1 of those days was acceptable as the were closed. When I chased the order, I was made to feel incompetent for not seeing they were closed. I had seen it but when the delivery states 3-5 days, I would have expected it to have been dispatched a week later”

“As you can tell by my photo - buying SHO products become a bit addictive. They are really lovely and I get so many positive comments when I'm out and about. I'm sure I will be back for more. I've knocked one star off as it takes a while for products to leave the warehouse after you order.”

“I bought 3 bottles for each of my Grandsons for Christmas and can't fault the bottles, they are bright, colourful and robust, they keep drinks nice and cool. However, I did pay extra to have them engraved with their names. The engraving is placed right in the middle of the pattern and hard to see. The SHO logo is placed on a plain area and stands out very well, it is a shame that the names are not placed at the bottom or top, where it is plain? Loved the bottles but thoroughly disappointed with the engraving, which was quite costly.”

“Bought these as presents so added a couple for my husband and I aswell. Haven't used as yet but looking forward too. They are stylish and look well made. Delivery was super quick especially as was over the Christmas and New Year period.”

“Good quality bottle and good for hot and cold liquids. Quick delivery and good value for money. Only thing to improve would be the size of the drinking hole as it is very small, perhaps slightly bigger would make the item even better z”
