“The small drinks bottle is brilliant and the right size for my handbag. I ordered the s/s straws but very disappointed that they do not fit the cup, have got to stick to the plastic one 🙁”

“Keeps my drink cold but the straw was way too sucky!! Like no drink came up and it sucked all your lips in. The valve doesn't quite work. But the bottle was good value.”

“My bottle came defective, well the lid. That was replaced foc after I sent in the photo and explained. The 2nd one is much better in terms of fitment and operating, but, it now feels like sooking water through a sponge, there's a lot of resistance when it's tightened up. I can loosen the lid as the water would spill everywhere, so I've kinda given up and will buy elsewhere. Customer service lady or "Chief happiness officer" was really kind and nice so that's a bonus, the product isn't really up to scratch in my opinion, there's a defect in the lids. It does keep water cold for absolute hours though. Still cold upon wake up after a sleep, so that's at least a positive, it hold nearly 1L another positive. If only the lid was better produced. Edit* Customer service was spot on and gave me some advice and offered me replacement parts, the bottle now works as it should. Lovely bit of kit”

“Received my 2 Sho bottles ( handbag.size. ) Am about to go on a cruise and we.are taking them on a first outing . Hoping , or am sure, they will be perfect for us to take with us on any shore excursions. .”

“Hi had this drinks flask before which was fantastic, BUT I don't like the new tops I feel the drink doesn't stay hot as before. ( bring back old tops please) But live design.”

“I’ve given 4 stars because even though the bottle I ordered arrived marked Sho were fast to contact me and offer refund with return postage paid . The bottle looked ok . However I haven’t reordered due to the fact that it may mark easily judging by the one I received . Great size and fab that there were two lids .”
