“The Guzzler is fantastic! Love it. It keeps my drink cold and is spill proof. The Pacto is not so great, Not spill proof and my tea was cold within 3hrs.”

“We love the bottles, but the quality control could do with a review, we have 4 various SHO bottles/cups, and they all have faults, from split/sealed silicone parts that made the bottle impossible to drink from, and the press on lids for the cups leak. All that said customer service was quite good and replaced the split seal right away, still waiting for a reply about the others.”

“The sho that arrived was not the one I wanted, so am disappointed. Not sure what happened, may have been me that mis-ordered. I will give it to charity and keep my eyes open for the one I wanted to be on offer.”
