I bought two guzzlers from sho, after having them less than a few weeks, one of the handles has cracked. It was not dropped, or thrown. I was beyond shocked, I kept it in the same place in my rucksack that I kept my very cheap (shein!) bottle for ten months prior.
I contacted sho, and the response seemed to not care. I wasn't asked how the damage had happened, a photo and f the damage or anything- just that it wasn't covered and they didn't have any replacement lids. I'm really disappointed with both the quality and the lack of customer service, especially as I see Sho products of being premium quality.
