“I love the pattern/design but disappointed that the top seems to leak. I keep it upright but the calix lid has coffee in it by the time I get to work. I've followed the instructions about leaving it 5/10 minutes before putting the lid on and it's not even full. But it still leaks through the little hole in the top. It also didn't keep it hot for 6 hours like it advertised. I love my Sho bottles, I have 2 but I'm disappointed with the calix cup.”

“The products I received were OK. The pacto unfortunately does not fit in any cup holder which makes it a bit useless. Bottles ok but at the price point I don't see how they are much better than supermarket ones at a quarter of the price. Personally I wouldn't reorder.”

“The water bottles are great. My son has two and they are perfect at keeping the water at a cool temperature as well as being durable. The Pacto design is great, however doesn't keep my morning coffees hot enough if outside the house. It's intended use was to keep it hot upto 4 hours but it needs to be drunk before the 2 hour mark before loosing it's heat. I wrote in to express my concerns regarding this but was told I'm not entitled to a refund.”

“Was expecting the screw top as well but only came with straw suction. Not always easy to grasp if you driving and it's non hot liquid so makes it seasonal. If you had screw top it can be used in winter as well... so fidapointed.”

“My wife has a few of this brand’s products and loves them so I thought I’d try the small cup as she has one and I thought it’d be handy for our camping trips etc to keep my coffee hotter, for longer. It does this well enough, but I can taste aplastic/chemical taste from the plastic lid. I know this will sounds strange, but I also had real trouble getting anything out of it initially, as the top of my nose blocks off the small vacuum hole in the lid whenever I try to drink from the cup - which is basically the sole use for this. It took me a few minutes to work out why I couldn’t get much coffee out of it, especially because whenever I tipped the cup upside down over the sink, plenty of coffee would come out and then when I tried to drink from the cup, virtually nothing did. The lid, whilst not waterproof - or advertised as such - is only a suction fit, it does leak through the sliding spout cap/cover, and or, the vacuum hole when driving. This leaves me feeling on edge if I’m out and about with it which is another real downside to me. The build quality and feel are very nice except for the plasticky taste of the lid (yes I have washed it several times as per the instructions and it’s still the same). A lifetime warranty is fantastic, but the lid needs to be better and the sealing at least reasonable as PM keeping liquids inside it rather than being prone to leaking.”

“Ordered on the Friday for fast track delivery Royal Mail.. didn’t get processed in ware house till following Tuesday .. Royal Mail sent delivery advice that it would be delivered on the Sat, still no delivery. . Would have been quicker going getting it myself …”

“Good elements anf not so good. Love the bottle, keeps water cold all day. Love the look, colour, and stability stood on my work desk. Dislike the lid and the collar it screws into. The originals got stuck together, unable to unscrew, tried cooling it in the freezer, warm water to no avail. I bought another collar and lid, their 3rd use, same thing happened. Bottle is ok with the sippy lid and straw, but not my fave way of drinking !!. So over all its average, practicality is a 6/10 at best.”

“I have ordered several products from Sho and been very happy with them. However I sadly have to admit to being disappointed with my latest purchase, the Newt, which has already leaked while in use despite at the time it never having been taken apart for washing. In addition and this is my own fault for not reading the small print I thought that I was supporting a UK based company with a sustainable ethos but have now realised that the products come from China which is I would suggest is not great for the environment. I am extremely disappointed in myself for not doing my research more thoroughly but have to admit not withstanding the Newt the products are very good.”

“After using i have gone back to using my old coffee cup, the sho does not stop it leaking if falls over where as my other one does, keeps coffee warm but not hot, daughter likes the straw lid for ice coffee”
