“They did what they were supposed to in terms of sending etc, but bottle was rubbish so three starts”

“I love the colour and design of my sho food flask however I am disappointed that with the temperature of my food at lunchtime, I have followed the instructions and heated with hot water inside first for at least 10-15 mins before I pour my soup or noodles inside, 5 hours later the food is only Luke warm”

“Not suitable for Left handed people as the spork just folds in half while trying to eat ... was told they are working on it ... but should say so on the site as it's big and bulky enough to carry in my bag on the train without taking all my own cutlery too.”

“The cup I bought leaks terribly and has to be kept in a plastic bag, needless to say it doesn't go out often. The food flask is wonderful I can't rate it high enough. Choose your product carefully.”

“Lovely quality, feel and look, unfortunatly though my soup is only luke warm at lunchtime even though I've followed all the instructions. Today tried scrambled egg and once again it was only luke warm.”

“Received it eventually . Looks good. Like the sport. . Doesn't keep very warm at all. Put boiling water out of kettle in it for 10 mins. Filled it with hot soup. Was luke warm 5 hours later.. still edible but I dont think the product would last as long as it says . Possible better products out there.”

“I prefer the bottles to this mug/ cup as it is quite wide and difficult to hold”

“I was really excited for the bottle because of how easy it will be to wash it regularly as well as how environmentally friendly it is. But dissapointed at the fact that it pics up stains & dust quite easily (mostly the silicon part) and the sipping lid quite easily loosens up as well. Overall not too bad, but I wish I just got the normal bottles that im used to using! :(”
