“The bottle itself is really good. It doesn't leak which is what I wanted. The colour is beautiful. However I have paid £10 to get the bottle personalised with my name. There is no description stating how small or how big the lettering are. What I've got is a very small name printed on the bottle and it hardly noticeable. Overall it is not worth £10 to personalised. I could of done it myself for lesser the cost. The bottle is great not the lettering.”

“I ordered two of these bottles as my very old one was on its way out. My partner has used his, primarily for coke and he was impressed with how it kept it, not only cold but fizzy too. Coffee in mine and it lasted me all day. Would highly recommend.”

“I like the concept of this however there are a couple of things I would change. I don’t like not being able to get into it properly to clean it. The opening is too small to get a hand in there to ‘scrub’. The rubber seal on the lid went orange the first time I used it (from the soup) and despite taking it apart I still can’t get it clear again. And I’d also like a handle on the side so I can hold it closer to my face/mouth when eating direct from it without spilling my food (rice etc) everywhere. The flask itself is too big to hold in one hand. Other than that all is good.”

“My SHO guzzler arrived quickly but quite dented. All it took was a quick message to customer service and they immediately replaced it, very pleased with this outcome despite the initial worry.”

“Well... it looks great. Put my food in piping hot this morning, 7.30am it was put in. Got to 11.30 am, opened, right away it didnt look very warm and would you believe it, luke warm. Was wanting to try with soup but dont think that is going to be a great result ever, honestly, dont waste your money.”

“I bought the flask. The red colour is gorgeous. So far I’ve put soup in it and scrambled eggs and hash browns which was still hot for my lunch break when I made it at 6am before I went to work”
