“I bought 3 bottles for each of my Grandsons for Christmas and can't fault the bottles, they are bright, colourful and robust, they keep drinks nice and cool. However, I did pay extra to have them engraved with their names. The engraving is placed right in the middle of the pattern and hard to see. The SHO logo is placed on a plain area and stands out very well, it is a shame that the names are not placed at the bottom or top, where it is plain? Loved the bottles but thoroughly disappointed with the engraving, which was quite costly.”

“Really disappointed with the food flasks bought 2 and then ordered 2 for cmass present b4 I'd tried it. Does not keep food warm . Have used the boiling water but food has went cold barely 3 hrs later”

“Food flask. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Didn't realise flask had to be filled to the brim with soup or food or wouldn't keep hot therefore not used”

“Put boiling water in over night to see how hot in morning. Barley tepid!! Refilled with boiling water. Left for 10 minutes poured out and put boiling hot soup into it. Kept flask in insulated lunch bag and went to eat 6 hours later and the soup is cold. Just. It isn’t insulated enough as you can feel the warmth on the outside of the flask.”
