“It 100% does not keep food hot for the time specified even if you warm the container up as specified and the foods piping hot before you try and spill it everywhere trying to spoon the food in The opening for the food to go in is far too small The collapsable spoon is exaclty it’s doesn’t stay open it folds when trying to spoon your food out, very annoying. Then 800 mm Is far too deep and you can’t reach the bottom properly a 500mm would be ok I’m guessing unless I use a shovel The storage is useless too ok for a sachet but putting actual sauce in there like the advert suggests, come on Wouldn’t recommend wouldn’t but again alternatives are much better like trermous from teacos, and with a club card is very cheap like now when a sale is on Hope this helps”

“I bought 2 flasks for Christmas to keep soup hot in for work and neither worked, I contacted SHO who promptly responded with a video to watch and advice to follow, I did this and then tried again after pre heating the flask and still the soup was barely warm. I have since not heard back. Was a waste of £50”

“I bought 3 bottles for each of my Grandsons for Christmas and can't fault the bottles, they are bright, colourful and robust, they keep drinks nice and cool. However, I did pay extra to have them engraved with their names. The engraving is placed right in the middle of the pattern and hard to see. The SHO logo is placed on a plain area and stands out very well, it is a shame that the names are not placed at the bottom or top, where it is plain? Loved the bottles but thoroughly disappointed with the engraving, which was quite costly.”
