In following the advice given by customer services (in response to my complaint about the lid becoming loose and not not working ) to just make sure the bottle lid was put together correctly the bottle has now been damaged as during one of the countless times of having to take it apart whilst full of water, which of course made my hands wet, I lost grip on the bottle which then slipped out of my hands to the concrete of the parking lot I was walking through. The bottle is now also badly dented, nearly priced through from a single drop, as well as constantly coming loose.

Bought this product but sorry now that I spent so much money on it. It does not keep food warm for the time it said it does.

Very disappointed! On first use the straw stained with Robinsons orange juice that was in the bottle less than 6 hourse. I sent an email detailing what had happened and received a reply that i felt was fairly flippant detailing that juices can stain the straws and that all i needed to do was soak the straws in water and bicarbonate soda, which has had absolutely no effect. All in all i was disappointed with the response and don’t feel i particularly want to send my daughter to her first day at school with a water bottle that looks stained/dirty.

I have a lot of sho products and been very happy however this product I would not buy again. All three coffee cups leak when filled with hot water but ok for cold drinks.

I couldn’t give a zero review??!!!!! My bottle, yes it was properly closed, leaked ALL over our bed!!!!!!! The bed, the duvet , the linen…. Absolute nightmare!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely livid. What am I supposed to fo …. Going to bed everything soaking wet . Livid doesn’t even cut it!!!!!!!

Apparently, I ordered the wrong drinks bottle. I was prepared to pay extra to have the item I wanted sent to me. I emailed twice just to be told I’d ordered the wrong item. All I wanted to do was pay extra to have a certain led.

Poor customer service when I asked to return an item as it leaked and was totally unfit for purpose they refused and said that it was splash proof not leak proof. Should have saved my money and bought one for a couple of £ from a supermarket 😡

While it looks lovely and has a great range of colours the product leaks. This means it has to be carried and can’t be put in a bag. The company won’t help with this if it’s been used

We really liked the look of the bottle when it come but unfortunately it was missing the silicone valve. We were sent some of the valves out in the post but they don't stay in the lid. Unfortunately the lid seems very poor quality and I'm not getting a response from customer services :(

Really poor customer service. Purchased a bottle in January (one of many) only used afew times a week for cooled boiled water. Send the 'chief happiness' officer photos of an issue with the bottle to be sent away to do a deep clean. I own several bottles/products from sho that get used for more than water and have never had this issue yet it got blamed on build up and cleaning. I completed several deep cleans and the issue remains. Obviously a faulty product but offered no refund, replacement or even discount. Needless to say after many years I will take my money elsewhere now.

Hi there, Thanks for your feedback and review. I've had a look over your emails and unfortunately it does look like your bottle needed a deep clean to remove the hard water build-up in your bottle. I can see that there was an improvement after your first deep clean from the photos you popped across. I'm afraid some stubborn build-ups can take a couple of deeper cleans to be completely removed but you if you follow the cleaning steps we've advised you to complete then your bottle should return to full working condition. Unfortunately, hard water build-up which has occurred with use under our Lifetime Guarantee, as this is not considered a fault with the product. I will never buy again as it’s utter rubbish my water went cold very quickly in just 2 hours. Then when I put a complaint in they said fill it again with hot water and wait 12 hours so I did that and told them the water was again cold!!! But since then I’ve had no response off the company so NO I wouldn’t recommend them.

Sadly, not a product for me. Didn’t fit in car cup holder, lid didn’t screw on so leaked easily and the drink hole was too large. Wanted to like it but it ended up in the bin after one use.

Bought this thermos based on reviews, first time soup was barely hot after 7 hours and I put it boiling hot in the thermos. Today I warmed thermos with hot water before putting boiling hot soup and after 6 hours at 120 it was warmish but not even hot. Won’t be using again!
