Food is lukewarm at best despite following the instructions to preheat the container. Disappointing.

This flask failed to keep food hot for even two hours, despite being marketed as suitable for long heat retention. As a result, it’s not fit for purpose. Customer service was worse than the product. Instead of offering a refund, they tried to blame me for “not following instructions,” which I absolutely did. This feels like an excuse to avoid honouring basic consumer rights. I’m now taking the issue to Trading Standards. Save your money and avoid this company.

Ordered the pink colourway of the tumbler as I'd seen an advert on Facebook of that colourway having a straw topper and it arrived without one. When I emailed to say it was missing they said that colourway didn't have one so I responded to say that the advert clearly showed it with a stopper with the price on it and they just basically replied saying they didn't have one and haven't replied to my response. Completely false advertising and a really poor response to a customer being unhappy.

Terrible customer service. My order arrived damaged, I contacted customer support and four days later have still received no reply. SHO really need to do better in resolving issues. Based on this experience, I will not be using SHO again and would not recommend them to others.

The prpducts were great. I love the guzzler and my pacto cup, so handy and ptactical. Im just not impressed that i was threatened when i ask for any update in regards to when my products will be delivered. Customer service said if i questioned further it will delay further!!! How about updating the customer it was delayed due to the weather,ie storm in Jan 2026 hence the delay. I understand its pressure and the stress of managing it however there is always a nice tone to address it especially if sending an email. No apologies either. Its a shame i would buy another product however because of this it really put me off.

As requested via email I have followed instructions. I have inserted the following photos. 1.Food flask full of boiling water to preheat for 10mins 2.Temp of the empty food flask after being preheated sitting at 66.4 3. Full flask of boiling water at a temp of 95.0 4.Temp of full food flask after 3hrs 45mins sitting at 40.7

Bought two callix cups. Lids pop off with hot drinks in them. Very dangerous. Unable to transport safely due to unstable lids. Really dissapointed

I have still not received this product and it has been 3 weeks since ordering. I have been in touch with customer services who are not interested and keep telling me it will arrive. Poor service would not recommend

This has been an extremely poor and unacceptable experience. I received a bottle with a broken lid, which clearly indicates a defective product delivered by your company. When I contacted customer support, instead of offering an appropriate resolution such as a refund or compensation, I was merely told that a replacement lid would be sent. Supplying damaged goods and then refusing to provide proper compensation is a violation of basic consumer rights and reflects a serious lack of responsibility and professionalism. Customers are entitled to receive products in proper condition, and shifting the burden onto the customer is not acceptable business practice. This level of service is disappointing and raises concerns about your quality control and customer care standards. I will not be purchasing from your company again and will strongly advise others against doing so.

Only worked for 3 hours when food is scalding before being put in. Waste of time in morning and not worth the money. Very disappointing, especially as you cannot return once used, interesting considering it’s not advertised correctly/fit for purpose.

Completely useless. Seems well made. Boiling hot water for 30 mins before filling with roasting hot food to touch to the brim. Luke warm at best in 3 to 4 hrs. Cold in 5. Wouldn't recommend.

Lovely size and colour , but after following the instructions over a few days the flask does not keep your food warm , very disappointed with the money I have spent , reread the instructions , left the hot water longer than normal and still no better , wish I could send back for a refund !

I have not received the product, Royal Mail has delivered to incorrect address and still waiting on replacement being sent have requested tracking details and no response have gone and bought a different flask from somewhere else now
