My daughter was pleased with the bottle but the straw lid has become loose after only a few uses. I emailed customer services and I’ve not had a response.

Not very good I have found the flask to be not keeping food hot it’s like Luke’s warm , so very disappointing. I have emailed and am waiting a prompt reply . Lisa

The lid that you use with the straw has only lasted 3 days with normal use very disappointing the plastic retractable top is very loose and leaks it doesn’t stay closed

I was hoping it would keep my coffee warm for the 6 hours it said? It didn't! Lucky if it kept it for a couple of hours ☹️ Sorry but really disappointed after reading the reviews

Poor manufacturing quality in the guzzler and terrible customer service. Bought 4 sho products and initially loved them. Unfortunately one of the guzzlers rolled off the sofa and fell 2ft and 90% of the bottom of the bottle has split as if someone has cut it open. Reached out to sho customer service as theres accidental damage like a dent and then there's clearly a manufacturing default.. I don't know about you, but I expect a £25 insulated steel bottle to be able to handle rolling off a sofa without seams splitting?? Pic attached. However I was met with you admit you dropped it we won't help you. But you can have a 20% discount code. Bit insulting when there is already a 20% code due to the end of the summer sale.. So buy at your own risk.. if you don't need to have contact with customer services, you might be fine . If you do, good luck. I personally won't be buying from this company again.

Shocking customer service, parcel was delivered to wrong address and trying to get a refund or replacement just feels like a delay technique with answering one email a day - still not received my product despite numerous emails. No phone number to speak to somebody. I'm going to the financial ombudsman to resolve and BBC spotlight to highlight the disgraceful customer service and to get a refund.

I read so many good reviews before purchasing the newt bottle but unfortunately I don’t think it keeps drinks overly cold especially after a few hours. Putting in icy bottled water and by lunch its at a mid temp. Defeats the point as I can only drink icy cold water. Not worth the money especially when advertising 24 hours cold

I bought this to carry in my car instead of buying plastic bottles of water. The advert clearly says it would fit but it too wide to fit in my Citroen. And although I’ve washed it several times there is still a taint to the water. I wouldn’t recommend.
