The food doesn’t stay hot after 4 hours and nuggets, chips, fish fingers etc are soggy

I had really high hopes for this product, but unfortunately it doesn't work. I cooked breaded chicken at 7am, to take to work for lunch. I pre heated the container with 10 minutes of boiling water and added the chicken piping hot. At lunch time, they were mildly warm and soggy. Sadly, I won't be able to use this product as intended so I feel I have wasted my money.

Only used the travel mug twice and the lid leaks as I found out once I got to work and it leaked inside my bag!! Emailed customer services waiting a response. Not a great start for new customer.

I have both the food flask & a coffee cup. Both are beautiful colourful designs that lift the spirits. Unfortunately neither of them hold the heat as promised after about 3 hours. I have followed instructions & 'primed' them with boiling water for 20 minutes - they are still disappointing compared to the traditional 'Thermos' brand.

Delivery took too long and I’m disappointed in the bottle it is no better quality than others I have had at half of the price. I’m especially disappointed in the sports cap mechanism it keeps loosening and then the bottle leaks I shouldn’t have to keep re tightening it

Really disappointed with my newt, have the sport bottle which ive used for a number of years and was great. This bottle doesn't stay as cold as the sport bottle and actually leaked while in my bag

I bought the mystery box. Super disappointed. It was sold as having 4 items (which it did) but one was a mismatched lid and the other a straw lid fitting in a random colour. The example boxes showed bottles and cups so wasn’t expecting to find a lid as one of my items. I’ve returned my parcel, but yet to receive any refund

I love the company and It's a lovely looking bottle that I got. But my water hasn't stayed cold for 12 hours. Such a shame as I had high hopes for this bottle.

Having used my cup a few times I know find it is starting to leak from the lid so has to be carried in hand everywhere and cannot be put in a bag

Disappointed with my purchase not worth £20 went down to £16 as soon as I brought it,and no flip up sippy part to drink from have to undo like a bottle,havnt even used it,have it back if you want it

Both bottles are broke one doesn't keep drinks cold anymore and the is leaking so I think I have wasted my money in not impressed with them at all

Order process was fine, but delivery not so good. Item was ordered in good time to serve as a gift for a birthday, but due to Royal Mail ineptitude (appreciated this is not Sho!) the item was delivered almost week after order. Then, to make things worse the brush that was ordered was not in the delivery, yet the invoice slip suggested otherwise. Still waiting for the brush to arrive!

I'm upset I ordered 2 only received one of the food flasks I've had an apology and sending the other one out they were presents for my sons still waiting for the other one hope it arrives soon it should have arrived ASAP to be honest
