“spoke to the sales team about the item been advertised as a drinks holder bottle. which it doesn’t fit or do the job as advertised. Option i was given was to return it if it hadn’t been used. which was also not good as i washed it out before use and filled with my drink and then released it doesn’t fit. Now it has been used so can not do anything with it.”

“I liked the colour, it does what it says on the box. I didn’t like the lid. The lid was hard to unscrew and sometimes because the lid has a secret space for sauces this unscrews too. Which is annoying.”

“I was surprised how small the bottle actually was! Considering how much it cost i don't think I'll be buying anymore. I'll stick to the cheap and cheerful ones from the supermarket!”

“I’ve just purchased two coffee cups in the leopard print design, the design is beautiful however the lid is proving very unhygienic and impossible to clean. The seal is pretty impossible to remove and i’m now noticing mould spores under the seal 😩 I’ve tried lots of methods of cleaning but to date nothing is working”

“Really disappointed, followed all tips, preheated, fill to top. Both food flask and cup not stayed hot, but luke warm. Reviews saying how great they are hv to be fake. Id like my money back, my order was nearly £50.”

“Design is great looks amazing However this does not keep food at a good temp even when pre heating with boiling water and filling to max capacity to keep heat In Very disappointing considering the price”

“Slow dispatch, slow delivery, poor communication and when I got in touch with them about providing an update on delivery and got a snotty email back about being busy and that it was mentioned prior to confirming the order. I’ve no such recollection and obviously can’t prove one way or the other. Products arrived, the guzzler is good but the straw doesn’t reach the bottom so final part of the drink isn’t drinkable without removing the lid. Further the Pacto isn’t great for the sake of carrying about as the liquid can still spill out. Won’t order from SHO again due to poor customer service.”

“Disappointed with product , far too big to keep Food hot . Bought to have soup in for lunch , unless you fill it right up to the top ,it is like warm by lunchtime . Not impressed for the price .”

“I bought a calix cup for commuting. Although the graphic design on the cup is lovely, the size and price are good. The is a considerable design flaw. The lid should be a screw lid, the cup leaks and the lid is not secure which is not safe if you’re carrying hot liquids. The lip of the sippy-lid is quite thick and you get residual fluid around the lid it’s rather messy.”

“VERY slow delivery. Still haven’t received my order from 9 days ago, it’s not yet with Royal Mail yet either. So much for “free fastest delivery - Royal Mail 48” Wish I’d read the reviews first. This is a gift which is now going to arrive late. Very annoying.”

“It 100% does not keep food hot for the time specified even if you warm the container up as specified and the foods piping hot before you try and spill it everywhere trying to spoon the food in The opening for the food to go in is far too small The collapsable spoon is exaclty it’s doesn’t stay open it folds when trying to spoon your food out, very annoying. Then 800 mm Is far too deep and you can’t reach the bottom properly a 500mm would be ok I’m guessing unless I use a shovel The storage is useless too ok for a sachet but putting actual sauce in there like the advert suggests, come on Wouldn’t recommend wouldn’t but again alternatives are much better like trermous from teacos, and with a club card is very cheap like now when a sale is on Hope this helps”

“Following all the instructions but food is barely warm after a few hours. I've even put tin foil in the top over the food but it's still just tepid at lunch time, Very disappointing also my condiment compartment does not open at all.”
