Poor customer service. When I informed them that the Kids Bottle leaked, they responsed that they could not accept a return as it had been used. How would I know it leaked if I hadn't used it? Would not recommend and will not be using again.

After 2 use product is not good. Food is not warm after 1 hour itself. Not satisfied

Purchased two but currently returning both flasks. Only tried the smaller one twice and within 5hrs soup was lukewarm so not as per the 10hrs hot. They don’t reply to the questions that were emailed and apparently “ do not have telephones” in the office to respond to customers. Will wait and see what happens next week when they “test” the products. Did everything as per instructions ( boiling water in flask for 10min then filled to brim with boiling liquid) very disappointing so far

When the straw is open the bottle leaks if tipped up. Really poor design. Discussed with customer service who said that's just the design. Awful product for.children who might not close the straw after every use and may knock it over or tip it up because water goes everywhere

Terrible service. Firstly, they say it will be delivered in 2-4 days, but that doesn’t include the couple days they take to process the item so you don’t have an accurate time of when it will be delivered. This is really annoying to not know when you need it before a certain event. Secondly, I ordered a sports bottle and they sent me an XL tumblr! Customer service is absolutely awful as they don’t have a landline to call so you have to wait for them to reply to emails/facebook messages/instagram dms. Do not order from this company! Save your money and buy a bottle from somewhere that doesn’t have terrible service.

My order arrived and lid holding spork was broken I contacted customer service took a few attempts to get a reply replacement lid sent but wrong colour when I contacted them again said correct colour was requested wrong colour packed so gave me a refund took over a month to resolve really not happy will never buy anything from you again

I brought a cup from you and the lid leaked so because it leaked I threw it away as it was not fit for purpose then I found out you offered a guarantee so I contacted you but you refused to replace it hence the negative feedback item was brought 15/3/24 order number is 950626 it was the sho flex

Hi Sarah, Thanks for your review. I'm ever so sorry but we do require you to keep hold of any potential faulty products so we can investigate the issue. Many leaking issues are down to a faulty or missing seal which is a very simple fix. I'm afraid throwing the item away invalidates the Lifetime Guarantee. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Like to have my bottles !! I ordered on the 11th august for my kids for school and after lots of backwards and forwards and having to chase sho through social media messages and customer support. It turns out that my order never left and had gone missing. I was told it was reordered on sept 3rd still waiting for bottles !

Purchased 2 of these bottles for my 3 year old daughters thinking they were leak and spill proof as is stated on the website. These bottles are not leak or spill proof They spill all down the front of the kids once they tilt them to drink from them and they have leaked all over my sofa when left lying down. I got into the company and they have just given excuse after excuse! They don’t want to know. Have even said that it is recommended to hold the bottles upright when drinking from them. Tell that to a 3 year old. Do not waste your money on these bottles Hugely overpriced and useless product along with useless customer service The company have now gone and blocked me from their facebook page because I left negative reviews Great customer service!!! NOT

Took longer that stated and then was completely wrong order, clearly no one had taken the Time to match the inside receipt to the outside address label. Received one item that was wrong and 4 correct items missing, Custoner service ? Wait 2-3 days or so for them to be bothered.

Second guzzler bought & this one is faulty. It’s near impossible to suck through the silly plastic straw as there seems to be some kind of blockage/issues with suction. I emailed Sho, got a reply after 3 days just asking me if I’d checked the bottle for any obvious faults, or course I did! That’s it, no further communication or resolution from Sho. Before this, I had was sent a faulty halos that continuously leaked and lid was not sitting flush, they sent me a replacement lid and silicone rim for lid. Still leaking and not closing properly. I disposed of in the end as it was not fit for purpose. There was no offer of return and refund on their faulty goods whatsoever. The customer service is very poor also. I was a big fan/customer of Sho but recently, both the quality & price is both as dreadful as each other, will be taking my custom elsewhere from now on.

Since 1st March 2024 I’ve purchased three Guzzlers. 2 at 950ml and one at 1.9L. The lid on one of the 950ml ones was leaking, and after sending video evidence to Sho, they issued a replacement. The other 950ml one then began to show signs of corrosion on the inside of the flask. After sending the required photographic evidence to Sho, they issued a replacement. Soon after, my son dropped one of the 950mls, and a section of the lid snapped off. As this was our fault I was happy to pay for a replacement, but was informed by Sho that they don’t sell replacement lids and don’t have any spare in stock. How strange. A couple of weeks later and the 1.9L flask is dropped, and the lid snaps in exactly the same place as the other one. I now begin to question a design flaw as the similarity in the breakages is uncanny. It should be noted that these drops are on our kitchen lino, not solid ground. On top of this, the Guzzlers dent and chip very easily, we already have several larges marks and dents. I’m actually ok with this, life happens and wear and tear is to be expected. But overall, I now have one functional flask out of the three I purchased, and which I paid £92.99 for. At that price, for three flaks I expect a good amount of years worth of use. Not a couple of months with multiple issues and only one now working. We have other Sho products and liked the brand up until now. Shan’t be buying any more.

Please be aware all - check your bottles! SHO refuse to refund faulty bottles and have very poor aftercare. Currently on holiday with a brand new bottle with a broken seal and they won’t refund so I can buy a new one locally - just send a seal thousands of miles away. So I’ll have to buy a new one! Stick to the ones without seals.

The new xl tumbler is poor quality and the straw won't last being plastic. . Metal would have been better . What happens when the straw is no good anymore
