Not good customer service.. they not even giving free return or exchange…they should improve the system… not recommended..cup linking from everywhere..

Customer service is terrible. They did not even respond in writing but only sent screen grabs when return information was requested. Delivery and dispatch is mis advertised. They take days to dispatch and then days to deliver not the 48 hours alluded to.

Hello there, I've read through your email thread and I can see that we did reply to your in writing but we did also send over some screenshots to help clear up any confusion you may have with the delivery times. Your order was delivered within the timescale quoted on our website (1-2 days processing, 2-3 days delivery). Tracked 48 is the Royal Mail delivery service that your order is sent via not how long it takes to receive your order after it's placed. Again apologies for any confusion caused. Food flask looks good but food didn't stay warm for long. Soup was just tepid even though we followed the instructions to the letter. Wrote and told them about this week's back but heard nothing, then received this email asking for a review!!

I feel really bad saying this as the flasks are so beautiful to look at, I bought 4, gave 2 as presents & have kept 2 for my son & I. I put hot food in at 7am & by 1pm it’s cold:( I have tried overheating my food, but the same happens…. I’m disappointed but will just let it go.

Very very poor. Does not keep hot, mug is not foully sealed and therefore heat escapes and actually rather risky! I have two food containers & a coffee mug and none keep hot. Customer service is poor. Very disappointed

Hi Stacy, Thanks for your review :) I'm ever so sorry for any confusion caused when ordering the Pacto. Unfortunately, as advised on our website, it's not leak proof but we do have an optional closable splash proof lid that can be purchased to go with it. I've had a look into your email threads and it looks like you haven't got back to us after we asked you to complete boiling water test on your products. I think there has been a bit of confusion on your part as I've looked into this for you and I can see that it was only a Straw Lid that you purchased on your last order. The Straw Lids and the Original 2.0 Bottles are separate items so you need to add both of these to your basket to receive a bottle too. Apologies for any confusion caused. Love my sho bottle but unfortunately the straw lid doesn’t work. All I get is air when I drink from it, rendering it useless. Hoping customer services gets back to me to resolve.

I have received a faulty cup and have been trying to get hold of the company for a week. my email has not been responded too, i’m very disappointed as the reviews were so good… unfortunately my experience isn’t so good. i’m still awaiting a response regarding the faulty cup that I bought for my young daughter

I ordered the pacto cup. It doesn't tell you in the info that the sip hole doesn't close, this means my drink doesn't stay hot and obviously it spills out. I contacted customer service and asked to return it, they said I could but had to pay postage, it doesn't tell you this on the website either! They told me I could purchase another lid which is splash proof(not leak proof) but obviously at a further cost to myself -why aren't you able to choose this lid with the original purchase??! Also doesn't fit in a car cup holder. Very poor design.

I bought a food flask for my daughters lunch but it DOES NOT keep food warm. Not even in the space of 2 hours after I had made the food and it was too cold for my daughter to eat.

As long as the Food Flask is being preheated, completely filled to the top and the food is put in as hot as possible, it should be keeping your food hot for up to 10 hours. I ordered two new bottle tops and at the last click of the order managed, unbeknown to me, agreed to buy another product. I was unable to delete this and when I immediately contacted Sho they didn’t respond until it was too late to alter the order. Their advice was to refuse the delivery which is impossible unless you stay at home until it arrives. No refund, just pure trickery. Really shocked at the lengths a company will go to.

Unfortunately you didn't use one the the keywords outlined in our FAQs so your email was not picked up in time. We receive a high volume of emails everyday so we advise that you add the keywords 'Cancel' 'Edit' or Amend' to the subject line of your email if you ever make a mistake on your order so we can catch this in time to change this for you. Hi there, Thanks for your review! I'm really sorry about the delay on your order. I've had a little look into this and I can see that your order was caught up in the Royal Mail strikes just before Christmas. Unfortunately, due to the extra volume of parcels and the several strike days carried out by Royal Mail this did cause a backlog in the postal system so we were seeing significant delays on our deliveries at the time. However, I can see that we did keep in contact with you to check on the status of your order and it was eventually delivered on the 19th December. Unfortunately, Royal Mail's industrial action was out of our hands and we can only apologise on their behalf for the delivery delays. Best wishes, Ellie

I purchased a travel mug, which I thought had a sealed lid. It has a small opening which doesn't close which means I cannot use it as a travel cup. I feel very disappointed 😞 I purchased a food flask previously which wa great that's why I chose your brand.
