“Shipping #V47J3PRRV. Service is horrible. They bid my shipment at a low price, and after 5+ weeks I finally got a driver to pick up 2004 BMW but they wanted me to raise quote by ~$120. Driver did not have correct equipment to load the bike (after telling my seller that he’s never move a large bike before, only dirt bike) he asked my seller to load the bike. Driver had the wrong ramps and while loading, it cracked the lower fairing. Shiply and driver are blaming the seller and I will be receiving a bike which is damage. They claim “assistance” loading is having the seller load the bike and claim zero responsibility. The shiply agent would not call me or give me a number to call someone. Just kept texting me that it’s the sellers fault and my fault. STAY away from “Shitly”!”
