“The item was damaged during off-load. Mistakes happen, which is why I bought the additional insurance Shipley suggested I buy as Shipley told me the shipping company would only have £20 cover. When I tried to claim on the insurance Shipley is now trying to do everything to pass it back to the shipping company and avoid claiming on their insurance. It is clear to me that they have mis-sold their insurance.”

Hi, I’m sorry to hear about your experience. I understand how frustrating this must be, especially after damage occurred during delivery. Our support team has been in contact with the transport provider regarding the matter, as transport providers are responsible for loss or damage caused during transit. However, the provider has advised that they have been unable to proceed further as they have not received a response to their attempts to make contact and investigate the claim.
