“I submitted requests and received numerous quotes. I went with a reasonable quote (not the cheapest) and a company with a high rating. The communication was horrible. They would give me a pick up date and then I would ask for confirmation and they wouldn’t confirm. Then the day would come and go without a word. I would check in and they would tell there was a last minute issue. It took 3 weeks to ship my car. Additionally we agreed on a price and checked in on a payment method. Well that all changed in the day of delivery. It’s the rate that the driver sets, not the logistics company. Worst experience ever.”

Please note that we do not allow couriers to charge extra on top of the quote you have accepted unless there are additional items, a change of address, or other things that are stated in their Terms and Conditions.
