“Shiply services are perfect . Alfredo Casas was a godsend. Prime-way shipping's Brian did a great job to bring this logistical nightmare to a wonderful conclusion. I am very satisfied with Shiply , Brian and Prime-way shipping and their driver Alfredo Casas . “The driver was rude and unprofessional, indicating it was MY fault that he did not turn up as agreed. He then blamed his back office. he then indicated that the job was cancelled, which disabled my ability to leave a negative review. Company concerned was TRUST TRAVEL. Do not use. I will be contacting my credit card provider and seeking a refund as I consider the whole transaction fraudulent.”

“Wir haben eine 3.500‑kg-Arbeitsbühne transportieren lassen und sind absolut begeistert vom Ablauf. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an klar und zuverlässig, der Fahrer pünktlich und bestens vorbereitet. Die Verladung erfolgte professionell, sicher und mit dem nötigen technischen Verständnis. Auch die Lieferung am Zielort verlief reibungslos und exakt zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt. Ein Transportunternehmen, das hält, was es verspricht – zuverlässig, kompetent und kundenorientiert. Wir werden definitiv wieder buchen.”
