I dont like that its a broker of a broker, and the middle man insinuated they can provide a service, but after you accept the quote, it can take weeks if not longer. If the quotes are not high enough, bid where you can back up your service and your driver are willing to make the trip. Id rather have upfront pricing than irreliable service And when I emailed Shiply I feel like i got the AI answer back.

There is just no way to enter dimensions. It keeps telling that it is not allowed to share a phone number. Whatever you try, all the forms even with words like meters in between, it's just not possible. And for transport dimensions are very important obviously. Complaining isn't possible. Contact function doesn't work either.

Das Gute: Man findet jemanden, der einem sein Zeug von A nach B bringt. Das Schlechte: Die Seite ist unübersichtlich und sehr unkomfortabel, das machen andere besser (z. B. Kleinanzeigen). Wenn man den Anbietern zusätzliche Daten geben will, wird ein Betrugsversuch unterstellt, da man Kontaktdaten austauschen würde. Bei Auftragserteilung wird einfach der ganze Vorgang komplett gesperrt, bis die Provision bei Shiply angekommen ist. Die Bezahlung per Lastschrift erfolgt schleppend, was zu Verzögerungen beim Transport führt. Bei mir ging die Lastschrift erst auf Nachfrage raus (1 Woche!), das war viel zu spät für den eigentlich geplanten Termin. Erst wenn die Provision (das ist das Allerwichtigste!) bei Shiply angekommen ist, bekommt man die Kontaktdaten und kann Termine vereinbaren. Man kommt um Shiply nicht herum, aber es macht wirklich keinen Spaß! Mal sehen, ob ich dieses Mal einen Bestätigungslink für diese schlechte Bewertung bekomme. Letztes Mal tat sich nichts...

I don’t understand why the platform generates a seemingly random quote that I need to accept before negotiating with individual shippers/movers. It’s very possible I could have found the right company using Shipley, but instead I found my inbox flooded with pushy messages urging me, before we could negotiate, to accept a quote that seemed 2 to 3 times too high. Huge turn-off.

They deceive us a little when we take out insurance... they charge us, the customers, and the insurance is from the transport company...

This is a shipping broker's broker. In other words you pay an extra $100 to have them help find a shipping broker who will then find an actual shipper who picks your items up for transport. Sure everyone needs to make some $ but if you get a quote for $850 your gonna be paying more like $1000, if the load is picked upon time. Storage fees rack up if there's a delay in pickup and you'll be the 1 paying for it. So if your good with that, it's just what you're looking for. I'll go directly to a transporter from now on.

I have no idea what Shiply actually did. I spoke with Shiply first and they connected me with RDa Transport but then an Advanced Auto Carrier transporter showed up and he said a company called Trusty Transport sent him to take the bike. The Advanced driver, George, did a very good job securing the bike and delivering it, on time.

Vous avez exclu de votre plateforme un transporteur très efficace, fiable et sympathique et je ne comprends pas votre démarche. d'où ma note excellente pour le transporteur et ma mauvaise note pour vous. Cela est totalement injustifié car son travail est parfait.

Zero communication. Yes I got my delivery however, no time frame for pick up. Was told would get a 4-5 hour window for delivery. Got a call they were here and had to leave work. Contracted with rda transport yet paper work from a totally different company. I do not recommend

No proper vetting of the dozens of suppliers reaching out every 10 minutes, no proper way to actually view all of my quotes, & the fee was outrageous. Had to muddle through to find a good provider, but didn’t even get to view every quote because of the poor or even faulty website design
