Badly programmed page. Confusing what you have to enter when. Input labels are for weight but the unit label is a length unit. Things pop up and block screen. It is not clear that you can enter all your items later and don't need to do it in the first. Algorithm to detect phone numbers to circumvent is way too sensitive and does not allow you to add sizes. And the design is dated.

Really easy to use. Listed my job to move 3 pieces of furniture from London to Liverpool. Received several reasonable quotes, picked one and the job was completed within 2 days.

I was able to ship two pieces of family furniture, rocking chair and a wooden chest from Florida to California fairly affordably. It just so happened there was a load leaving about two hours after I accepted the quote so the whole process was really fast. Luckily I was in Florida and flying back to LA because The stuff was delivered really fast. It was direct. Great communication from ship X driver. There was a mechanical issue with the truck but this wasn’t a rush for me so it didn’t matter and it was obvious my stuff was in exactly the same spot in the truck wrapped up in blankets even though it sat at a repair yard for a couple days. Really nice people and really nice communication and my stuff arrived perfectly fine. Definitely five star.

What I liked: great platform to receive several offers wiht competitive prices, helpful reviews to get an impression of quality of service provider, and I found a reliable shipping company which did the job well. What I didn't like: I paid the downpayment via bank transfer as I didn't want to use my credit card. It took more than a week to process the transfer on Shiply's side after payment from my side. Only then could I reach the shipping company to agree on shipping dates. Luckily it was not a time sensitive shipment. The slow processing is not great customer service in an era of fast payment options ...
