“Shipped my mother's vehicle across the country. They ran into engine issues with the first driver but were quick to find a second driver. They also delivered the vehicle two days earlier than expected. They were very nice people and delivered the vehicle completely in tact and on time. Thank you Jacob for coordinating.”

“I had a great experience using Shiply to transport my 2021 Yukon Denali XL. The price was very fair, and while there was a short wait, it was completely reasonable and well worth it. Big shoutout to Mike—he was professional, communicative, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. You could tell right away my vehicle was in good hands, especially considering the size of a Yukon Denali XL. The equipment and care they used gave me a lot of confidence. My Yukon arrived safe, sound, and right on time. That’s really all you can ask for, and they delivered. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Shiply again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing vehicle transport—especially for larger vehicles like mine. Thanks again to Mike and the Shiply team—great job, guys!”

“Pawel was brilliant from the get go. Answered all my messages very promptly and quoted us the best price. Pawel delivered my car back to a garage who had sold me an illegal car, he kept me up to date every step of the way and also kept it on the truck on arrival to ensure I received my refund before giving them the car back. “Ich musste eine Couch von Hamburg nach Heilbronn transportieren und hab einen sehr guten Transporteur gefunden. Die Abwicklung war insgesamt ganz problemlos und minder gerecht. Es kam alles gut an. Transport bis ins Zimmer inklusive Aufbau war dabei.”

“Horrible! Not accepting responsibility for their contracted driver’s negligence in destruction of my Harley Davidson! Approximately $8000 in damages. U&A logistics, whom they outsourced to deliver the motorcycle doesn’t even have an owner name on the company thru the FMSCA. The carrier did not have insurance at the time of delivery and now they are ghosts in the wind. Shiply DOES NOT honor the insurance in realistic circumstances and also DOES NOT ensure that its users on its platform are legitimate companies following the law!”

“I would not trust this company I’m currently in the process of a small suit claim because the company quoted me one price I paid the deposit and the remaining balance was to be paid once he got here and the driver overcharged my husband. Now the company won’t answer any of my calls text nor will they respond to my emails they are giving me the run arounds and it’s going on 2 months and they have yet to got ge me my refund. They were very attentive before but now that they’re in the wrong no one will assist. I will never ever trust this company again.”
