I saw an email from Shipley, letting me know that AEX was canceled because of an email I sent you which is exactly what I wanted to do so now I need to know how soon I will get the payment that I made to you. I think it was like $156 back because I already sent you another Payment for easy 123 and they are in the process of delivering it as we speak please reply as soon as possible. Because of the delay with AEX, it has cost me $700 more than what I was gonna pay for AEX so I would appreciate some attention to this matter. Thank you.

Awful. Damaged goods, protection plan not worth the paper its not written on. You have no come back on Couriers. Refused to pay for the damages. Tou dont even have company information to try and claim back from them in small claims court.

On January 6th, 2026 I entered into the bidding process with vendors to deliver my car from Maryland to California. This vendor offered a pick up at “noon on January 8th, 2026” with one of their “many drivers that run this route”. I accepted the offer from this vendor after confirming the pickup time. After confirmation, I did not hear back from the vendor until the morning of January 8th, 2026 (the original pick up date) after I asked for an update. The vendor told me that “the truck broke down” and they would need to push the pick update to Friday, January 9th, 2026. I told the vendor if the pickup date pushed back any further then we would need to cancel, to which they replied “had another vendor offered a pickup date?” Yes, other vendors had, but this vendor offered the soonest pickup with a competitive rate, hence why I accepted their qoute. The vendor did not respond to three follow-on messages the afternoon and evening of Thursday January 8th, 2026 and the morning of January 9th, 2026. By the morning of Friday January 9th, 2026, we had already been waiting several hours for the driver to arrive at the pickup address. The vendor then informed us at 1045 AM that the driver would need an additional 200$ to pickup at 3PM on Friday January 9th, 2026. The explanation was that “with the new year the cost of shipping across country had increased”, a key detail not disclosed during the initial qoute process. At this point we had already paid a 577$ deposit. The attempt to change the date of pickup not once, but twice, and then change the price of the quote were serious breaches of contract that indicate this vendor is quick to offer qoutes without proper coordination with drivers. We are a military family trying to move our vehicle across the country and we found this behavior predatory at worst, and unprofessional at best. The only silver lining was that the vendor we were directly communicating with was as polite as can be expected. We have requested a refund through Shiply and will be shipping our vehicle directly with a driver. I would recommend customers taking this vendor’s quoted pickup date with a grain of salt as well as to be prepared for an undisclosed price increase before pickup.

When my car was delivered to me, the truck driver AGGRESSIVELY DEMANDED $50 more than the amount stated in my contractual agreement with Cargo Management. (Cargo Management sent me their bid through Shiply). Neither Shiply nor Cargo Management will reimburse me the $50. Shiply simply said "no". Cargo Management is totally unresponsive to my phone calls and my emails. STAY AWAY FROM THEM BOTH.

I recently needed an antique oak dresser and mirror shipped from northern Virginia to South Carolina. Ryan responded within minutes o my querry with an all inclusive bid and was on my doorstep the next day to pick it up. It was securely packed and arrived the next day without any problems. Affable, friendly guy who clearly knew what he was doing- great service and fair price!.

Thought it was dodgy at first, but then got reassured once I knew you only pay a small fee as a deposit and the rest once the goods are delivered to you. So it's all good. Will use the service once again if needed.

The customer service is excellant.They are very helpfull. The allocated company to deliver my x3 are very good. Their driver is very helpfull and understanding that my date of delivery was different and tried to offer another day but I have already delivered the x3 by myself. The communications afterward by shiply was excellant for refund I will strongly recommend shiply to my friends.I hope this review will be fed back to my provider company Thanks a million

Shiply has been a life, well money/hassle, saver for me. Found an ex-display item of furniture that I'd wanted for months, but was a little pricey. It went on sale but the store is in London and I live in Cumbria. Shiply made it easy to find, negotiate, finalise and insure the item and in less than a week it was sitting in my home and I was still £500 better off! Amazingly easy to use with some great couriers bidding for business. Can't fault them and will definitely use again!
