I strongly recommend that you avoid this declining facility. It has recently disposed of its telephone support to a lengthy time wasting dormant email support system which doesn’t work and causes all sort of frustration, especially as its operating software is past its sell by date and full of errors. It is likely seeking new owners but in the meantime potential customers are left in limbo when they experience even a simple problem. Communication is less frequent by staff that have been deliberately trained to delay, in the hope that complaints go away, they don’t, the customer goes away instead. Unless this Micky Mouse organisation reassesses its approach to the market and becomes customer focused it will wither on the vine.

Fast service the only problem they Shipley took a or should I say demanded there payment NOW with a credit card ,then they wanted another partial payment with zelle venmo or something no credit card beware

I had a car shipped during a snow event. The shipment was delayed due to weather. Shiply did all they could to keep me informed as to the timeline. The car arrived in perfect condition. The price was reasonable and the driver was professional. I would use shiply again.

Our Courier was Shorts and Hamza and his team were very professional collecting a very large sectional sofa, they communicated well and very polite, they were well priced and the whole collection and delivery went very smoothly. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

All great! I have selected Trusted Trans on this platform to move an upright piano for the very affordable price and the service provided by them has been brilliant. Quick, efficient, effective, reliable and the piano was still tuned after the transportation. I strongly suggest this professional and if I'll have some needs in the future, I'll be very glad to use their services.

Shiply failed to properly vet its carriers, Stellar Logix disappeared after taking the deposit, and the delivery company repeatedly lied about delivery timelines while breaking every promise made. The car arrived about 10 days late with one key missing, roughly 200 extra miles added, dirtied despite being clean at pickup, and we were forced to pay more than the agreed quote. This entire process was dishonest, unprofessional, and stressful, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid all companies involved.
