“Pawel was brilliant from the get go. Answered all my messages very promptly and quoted us the best price. Pawel delivered my car back to a garage who had sold me an illegal car, he kept me up to date every step of the way and also kept it on the truck on arrival to ensure I received my refund before giving them the car back. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Thanks so much Pawel, so so grateful!”

“Ich musste eine Couch von Hamburg nach Heilbronn transportieren und hab einen sehr guten Transporteur gefunden. Die Abwicklung war insgesamt ganz problemlos und minder gerecht. Es kam alles gut an. Transport bis ins Zimmer inklusive Aufbau war dabei.”

“Horrible! Not accepting responsibility for their contracted driver’s negligence in destruction of my Harley Davidson! Approximately $8000 in damages. U&A logistics, whom they outsourced to deliver the motorcycle doesn’t even have an owner name on the company thru the FMSCA. The carrier did not have insurance at the time of delivery and now they are ghosts in the wind. Shiply DOES NOT honor the insurance in realistic circumstances and also DOES NOT ensure that its users on its platform are legitimate companies following the law!”

“I would not trust this company I’m currently in the process of a small suit claim because the company quoted me one price I paid the deposit and the remaining balance was to be paid once he got here and the driver overcharged my husband. Now the company won’t answer any of my calls text nor will they respond to my emails they are giving me the run arounds and it’s going on 2 months and they have yet to got ge me my refund. They were very attentive before but now that they’re in the wrong no one will assist. I will never ever trust this company again.”

Within an hour or so of him receiving information about my shipment, his courier was picking it up from my home in the USA. Two days later it was delivered in the UK. Excellent service, great communication and a competitive price.”
