Good service, using it for moves and transport

I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the bike and the unacceptable delay in its delivery. The bike was delivered 7 days later than the promised date, and it arrived with multiple damages, including a destroyed number plate, a broken mirror, and a broken charger point. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I expect a clear explanation for both the delivery delay and the damaged condition of the bike. Please confirm who is responsible for these issues and what immediate action will be taken to repair or replace the damaged parts and resolve this matter without any further delay. I expect your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.

Service by Mike-Bover-GB on 19th June 2026. Collection from Redhill delivery to Balham in Lodon. Very efficient careful on time collection and delivery of a 1968 BSA 650. Good price, excellent service. Highly recommended.

I am not one to leave bad reviews but I chose Roads-Captain-America to ship my car across country. I have shipped with 2 companies in the past and never had issues . My car was picked up later than the given window so I had to arrange for someone to help me with the pick up as I was flying across country. During this time I could not get through via phone with anyone and via email they just kept responding we are working on this. Then day of delivery comes and I am now being charged more then I was quoted . I called Roads-Captain-America from every number they had previously contacted me on and emailed them along with shiply and couldn’t get ahold of anyone and couldn’t receive my car until I paid. So I paid them and finally was in contact with Shiply who said I shouldn’t have been charged more then quoted and to reach out to the company directly . Finally got ahold of Roads-Captain-America and it’s now been exactly a month since they said they would work on getting a refund but still all I’ve heard is we will look into this . Just a terrible way to treat customers. Would not recommend this and would go to a shipping comply directly then using a platform with so many hands in the pot and no one being acccountable.

One of the single rudest people I have ever dealt with in terms of transporting an item. After posting a motorcycle transport needed on a Sunday night, this guy tells me “two” hours after the posting was live that he’s moving on because of my lack of communication and he’s too successful to deal with people like me. Really? That’s great customer service for you. So glad I didn’t choose this guy. His actual response: 1Fighter I willl move on. Im to successful and need better communication

I booked with Cargo Management through shiply. Literally the most unresponsive, unprofessional bs I’ve ever experienced. I had to abandon my vehicle due to them not holding up their agreement to ship it, even though it was booked a month in advance. Then they said they would compensate the difference because shipping rates increase but argued me down when it was time to actually do it. I will never use this site, nor these bs companies ever again. 0/10

Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Anlieferung des Traktors hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Preisgestaltung war sehr fair, alle Fragen wurden vor der Beauftragung schnell und kompetent beantwortet. Die Terminabsprache verlief unkompliziert und sogar schneller als erwartet. Der Transport machte auf mich einen sehr professionellen Eindruck und der gesamte Kontakt war stets freundlich. Ich würde jederzeit wieder mit diesem Unternehmen zusammenarbeiten. Klare Empfehlung!

Rob the transporter was extremely helpful in getting my car transported. He was giving me updates all through the drive. Highly recommend him. Professional and take care of vehicle as his own. Have full length insurance. Super happy with his service

Alles hat perfekt funktioniert. David war pünktlich, sehr professionell und hat mich während der gesamten Fahrt mit seinem Live-Standort auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Das Fahrzeug wurde wie vereinbart und in einwandfreiem Zustand geliefert. Absolut empfehlenswert!

DO NOT USE YO TRANSPORT MOTORCYCLES OR ANYTHING YOU VALUE !! My motorcycle was collected from Scotland. Arrived on my driveway driven my and idiot who thought it was a racetrack. On inspection the right have mirror was hanging loose and there was a 1 inch deep scratch on the fuel tank ! I am now battling to get this repaired back to what it was with the so called “ partners” of Shiply. Your system will also not allow pics to upload ! Avoid

this website helped me get a good driver who charged me lesser than other drivers. the driver brought my set of sofas from bradford to london for only £125 . The best deal ever, the delivery was perfect too.
