“I can’t understand why their ratings aren’t a lot higher. Intelligent, responsive driver who did exactly was he said he would do and when he would do it. I’ll remember them for the next time I need a car moved.”

“Shiply was great! My first transporter didn't follow through and Shiply handled it so professionally, they relisted my request and transferred my deposit and kept in communication with me to make it right. They definitely showed that they cared about the customer! I highly recommend Shiply and would definitely use them again!!!!”

“I got quoted £157 They've added on £60 for insurance because I didn't understand understand how to complete the transaction It's been a nightmare trying to get the £60 off They're not open till Monday I've been quite stressed about it as I can't get it sorted I thought the £60 was part of the quote I've just about had enough but I don't know how to get my money back but I still need to bike delivered”

“Was told driver would contact me. Chatted them on the day of delivery, no response. Driver only contact me about 4:15pm for a delivery that was scheduled for 6pm to say he is running late and won’t make it. I tried to call the driver but he never picked up. I sent him a text that the maximum duration for me to keep my goods would expire that same day but he ignored all my texts and messages. As a last minute plan, I had to make another arrangement and picked up the item that night. I strongly will NOT recommend.”

“I had never shipped a car across country before. They were very helpful in answering the tons of questions I had. Their timeline was amazing. I accepted their bid on a Friday and they picked up the vehicle that day and had it to the destination that next Monday. The driver was friendly with both the person at the pick up location and destination. Will use them again if I need their services.”

“Cool way of getting the best offer. Just wished they did a better job of checking who they are allowing to work for them since the place I hired wasn’t that great, took longer than expected and damaged my bike but oh well I did choose the cheapest option so it’s kind of my fault lol.”
