Agreed a price of £241 then charged £291 after if paid the deposit. Wasted my time giving me a terrible run around when they had no intention of charging me the £241 that had been agreed by then in the texts. They ordered me to pay the deposit again confirming the £241 total. Blamed Shiply Shiply blamed them. Basically don't trust them if they quote and subsequently agree a lower price. It's as though they need to start again with a new quote. Shiply did not help either. The van came full for correlation so was difficult for them to squeeze this heavy piece of equipment into the van. Best disappointed after the reported good feedback on line..

Hi, I'm truly sorry to hear about the sudden increase in the price you experienced. Please note we do not allow couriers to charge extra on top of the quote you have accepted unless there are additional items, a change of address, or other things that are stated in their Terms and Conditions. The accepted price is what you are expected to pay and no more. If this happens, you have the option not to proceed. I would strongly advise avoiding Shiply. A friend of mine previously worked with a company called Cargo Management through the platform. Unfortunately, they were unable to complete the delivery, and instead of resolving the issue properly, they submitted a positive feedback review on behalf of my friend without his authorization. My friend later explained that they asked him to share the booking confirmation page, which they then used to post the review themselves. This type of behavior raises serious concerns regarding the authenticity of reviews on the platform. Thankfully, he warned me about his experience beforehand, which is why I ultimately decided not to use Shiply for transporting my car.

Raif kept me informed. We had a slight issue but we're able to figure it out. I will say another company R&L quote on price $366 then I went to book it jumped to $656. Then the next day sent a price ,$408. Again they jumped the price to $708. My pallet was 48"x48"x48" less than 500 lbs. I went with shipfy because the stuck with there price. Raif is a good person
