“What I liked: great platform to receive several offers wiht competitive prices, helpful reviews to get an impression of quality of service provider, and I found a reliable shipping company which did the job well. What I didn't like: I paid the downpayment via bank transfer as I didn't want to use my credit card. It took more than a week to process the transfer on Shiply's side after payment from my side. Only then could I reach the shipping company to agree on shipping dates. Luckily it was not a time sensitive shipment. The slow processing is not great customer service in an era of fast payment options ...”

“The Broker out and out lied. He said my goods would arrive Tuesday at the latest. The furniture arrived Friday. This caused me to miss 5 days of work. He also misquoted the cost. I disputed it thru my credit card company and was ultimately reimbursed. The delivery company guys were great and I'd use them in the future. The Broker was absolutely awful. He said to contact him with any issues and then conveniently was never able to be reached?”

“After paying $3200 for delivery of two vending machines, it was a surprise to me how a shipping/transport company can operate so poorly. They missed our agreed upon times for both the pick up and delivery costing me time and money. Worst part is the shipping company and driver lied about the delivery. Would never recommend. I’m honestly surprised a trucking company that misses pick up and delivery times and then lies about it can stay in business. I paid them way over average quote because the seemed reliable. I was wrong. In this case, costing more did not mean better service. To do a poor job, and the lie about it is disappointing. If you choose to work with this group, just know you are taking unnecessary risks of inadequacy. Drivers name is Miguel Barrientos, do not trust him or his company he drives for. Horrible”
