“They gave me a heart attack, telling me the driver was on his way to pick up my car -- and that I had spoken to the shipping company and agreed to this -- when there was no one at the starting location to handle arrangements. The contract states that the details of the shipment will be discussed and agreed upon at some point after customer accepts the quote. Details were still being discussed when someone from the company decided to just go and pick up my car and claimed I'd agreed to it.”

“I am not happy that my deposit all went straight to Shipley. I thought it would have been deducted from the shippers" but it was not”
