NOT FOR SINGLE BOXES! I bet this service is great for bigger jobs with furniture, machinery, or multiple boxes, but if you have just one piece, don't waste your time. Positives: the listing experience was a breeze and many quotes came back quickly and easy to find. The reason I'm writing this review is to spare anyone else the trouble if they're looking to ship a single box. I came to Shiply because I thought UPS was charging an ridiculously high price ($660) to ship a 48x24x21 inch, 79 Lb. box. Expecting to get a lower price, I was surprised to get quotes for double what UPS charges. The lowest quote being $1100. I don't see any advice on the shiply site regarding small items and wish I had spared myself the trouble knowing what I know now.

These guys are con artist. You book with this company then communicate with another then pay a different one then a 4th one actually transports your car. They do this on purpose because once you book pick up and delivery will happen whenever they want it to regardless of what you tell them and what gets put on paper. So then when youre not around to inspect the vehicle on delivery you have no recourse for anything that happens stay far away from these guys.

I was very unhappy and confused with the quotes I have received through shiply, many of the companies did a switch and baite scheme. they quoted a lower price then switch to higher price once you start communicating with them. Two different companies did this.

He was rude and confrontational towards me, complained about having to collect today, and refused to properly cover and protect your item during collection. The item was then left outside on the driveway, and I had to ask neighbours to help me move it back inside. I found the whole interaction very unprofessional and quite intimidating, so I wanted to make you aware immediately. Kind regards, K Response: Everything you say is absolutely a lie!!!!! Our drivers already take item and placed in the van, but you started teaching our drivers how to do their job with your duvet, and was totally rude it not acceptable, ours drivers not a dogs to talk to them like that. Unfortunately, this is a reason why we didn’t complete job. All the best queen K K Response: I completely dispute your version of events. At no point was I abusive towards your drivers. I simply asked for the item to be protected appropriately due to its nature and value. Your driver’s behaviour towards me was unacceptable, intimidating and unprofessional, which is why I have formally reported the incident and noted the vehicle registration number. The item was left outside on the driveway without care or assistance, despite the circumstances. Your message and the way you have addressed me is also highly unprofessional. Very poor service done by the removal company. Liquid and paint spilled on the mattress and other furniture on the way. No proper communication from removal people.
