Prinzipiell waren wir zufrieden. Dass wir quasi gezwungen wurden, eine Versicherung für den Transport abzuschließen fanden wir nicht in Ordnung! Der Transport mit unserer "Wahl" hat sehr gut geklappt.

1.) The offers of the transporters are being deleted too fast!! One week without and Action from my side before deleting the offers is too Short! 2.) After choosing an offer and paying the requested ammount to shiply you get no confirmation for paying or booking an offer! Instead a confirmation-mail I get only more Memorys, why I dont’t choose an offer! Only after asking 1 week later for it, I get an info from shiply for succesful booking and paying! In sum it was a stressful occurence but at least everything has somehow matched!!

If an offer disappears, it’s usually because the transport provider has chosen to change or withdraw their bid, especially if it hasn’t been accepted yet. The first company I worked with was awful and was not able to get my car out despite an extended deadline. Communication was bad and the whole process was unnecesarily stressfull. The second company was supurb. They were on time and comunicative.

Shiply was of no assistance in resolving my delivery issue with the transportation company. They were only good in assisting finding a company to do transport but when I ran into a delivery problem they said it would need to be resolved with the transportation company they could only forward my concerns.

sadly we had no phone calls all day. The collection and delivery was planned between 5 and 7. I received emails after I was chasing it but no calls to sender nor myself until a few minutes before. Finally delivery around 8.30 P.M. Had I received a call I would not have rushed to be home by 5 p.m. The delivery guys were great and blamed admin. Information is crucial rather than apologising after agreed time missed. I hope they understand in future calling is why we sent our number not minutes before but hours before to confirm times not after.

Guter Ansatz, aber intransparente AGB und verbesserungswürdige Abwicklung! Ich habe über Shiply einen Transport beauftragt – die Vermittlung war einfach und schnell, der Ablauf mit dem Anbieter funktionierte. Allerdings: Die AGB sind klar verbraucherunfreundlich. Bei Stornierung gibt es kein Geld zurück, nur eine zeitlich befristete Gutschrift. Die Erfolgsgebühr fällt auch dann an, wenn der Transport gar nicht stattfindet – unverständlich. Shiply verweist bei Problemen auf die Nutzer, übernimmt keine Verantwortung für die Anbieter. Mein persönlicher Kritikpunkt: Die Zahlung per Überweisung dauerte mehrere Tage – in Zeiten von Echtzeitüberweisung nicht mehr zeitgemäß. 👉 Verbesserungsvorschlag an den Betreiber: Transparente Rückerstattungsregelung bei stornierten Aufträgen, Erfolgsgebühr erst bei tatsächlicher Leistung und Einführung moderner Zahlungsmethoden (z. B. Sofortüberweisung oder PayPal). Dann gäbe es von mir auch 5 Sterne. Fazit: Wer Shiply nutzt, sollte die Bedingungen genau lesen. Die Plattform funktioniert, aber nicht im Sinne des Kunden – noch nicht.

The platform isn't all that easy to handle and navigate for private customers - its designed for transportation companys. But what was really annoying, was the payment part. I chose the deduction from my account (SEPA) and as expected received an email right away that the amount would be deducted and what the information would say on my bank account. But then it took five days (there was a weekend, so 3 working days) until the amount was really deducted. During this whole time communication via the platform with the transport company was blocked. Only on day 6 was I able to contact the transporter to make arrangements for pick up and delivery times. And somehow the order didn't show up in the platform anymore - I only found it on the old expired orders. So I was worried that the transport might not work out. Luckily, that wasn't the case.

Not too bad, first time using a broker website to find someone. Had to do a fair amount of screening, and some companies raised some massive red flags, but what can you expect from a website with a business that you will pay thousands of dollars for a service. But once I found a company, I'm glad I found a trustworthy one

You can find good pricing. My major concern and problem is that there is no tracking, so I couldn't prove to eBay that the buyer got the item. Probably I won't use them again.

Der Transport selbst war top – alles lief wie besprochen, der Anbieter war zuverlässig und pünktlich. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass die Provision von Shiply in meinen Augen nicht ganz angemessen ist. Es wäre fairer, diese zu reduzieren, um den Service für alle Beteiligten attraktiver zu machen. Insgesamt dennoch eine gute Erfahrung, aber da gibt es noch Verbesserungspotential.

The whole process got a 3 star rating. Arranging pickup within a 3 day window was extremely difficult even though there was a 2 week advanced notice and it was part of the bid. It took numerous e mails and then there was a 3 hour notice-a problem because the pickup location was at another residence. The driver who picked up my dresser was amazing-5 stars for him. He delivered the dresser very quickly and was respectful at both pickup and delivery sites.

Easy enough to use but they take to Much from the shipper who does the most work! A 70/30 split isn’t fair to the driver! I think 10% to Shiply 90% to the driver is more than fair!

The car arrived, fine condition. The issue is that yes I understand it says 5 days grace to pick up, but via our emails I was given the impression the car could be picked up on Sunday or that Monday. They could have just said it isn't likely, instead of saying it's "possible, we'll make every effort" Also the communication with the driver was extremely poor. When he went to drop off the car he wanted to drop it off 30 minutes from my house . Then at drop off he asked for $500, instead of the $400 that was due. He pretended it was mistake, maybe, but it didn't seem like it .

Good way to receive competitive quotes from different companies. Reviews can help choosing a company. Good experience with the selected company. However, the platform does not provide very transparent information about the providers themselves. Payment, insurances, etc are all managed outside the app, once a company is selected, without protection in case of issue.

Ich habe einen Dienstleister für meinen Auftrag gefunden und das hat gut geklappt. Die Plattform selbst könnte transparenter sein, z.B. was die Abwicklung mit der Versicherung angeht. Hier sieht man erst im Beauftragungsprozess, was das kostet und was man überhaupt versichern kann. Vor der Beauftragung kann man kaum Informationen mit den Bietern austauschen, da das System z.B. die Angabe von Uhrzeiten fälschlicher Weise als Versuch wertet, private Daten (Telefonnummer o.Ä.) auszutauschen (was natürlich vor Beauftragung nicht gestattet ist). Hier würde ich mir z.B. das Beantragen einer individuellen Prüfung der Nachricht wünschen, oder dass einfach die Erkennung besser wird. Alles in allem ist es gut, dass es eine solche Plattform gibt, Verbesserungspotential ist aber durchaus vorhanden.
