Some carriers are scammers on shiply and some are good so do your research on reviews before committing with anyone.

Grundsätzlich gute Sache! Hatte aber, trotz Angabe eines größeren Zeitrahmens, so meine Probleme das auf den Punkt zu klären. Da der Abholort nicht 24/7 parat stehen konnte, war es "zeitmässig" schwer 2 Orte "unter einen Hut" zu bekommen, wenn man keine Kontaktdaten wie Handynr. sofort austauschen kann. Was erst nach Auftragsannahme ging. So wird es ein ewiges hin+ her! Sonst alles gut gelaufen.

Smooth conversation and set up but delivery was delayed several times and I was not told that it was curb delivery. I was asked about helping with unloading but never told I would have to do the entire thing alone. How am I expected to move an entire grandfather clock by myself? This needs to be explained more as I would have chosen a company that was door to door instead. Absolutely ridiculous.

I received an email from the company saying that they would prefer to be paid prior to delivery - but could be paid on arrival as long as the payment was made within 10 mins. Then I received a call from the delivery guy saying that they were half an hour away and needed paying before they arrived and to confirm that i had done this by text. I did this - as he had ne over a barrel - I had paid for the dressing table - then he wanted a screenshot of the transfer - he apparently could not check his own account! Quite abrupt no social skills. The only reason they got 3 stars was because it was picked up and dropped off.
