I am not happy that my deposit all went straight to Shipley. I thought it would have been deducted from the shippers" but it was not

Shiply made it easy, with prompt response and bids. Sam with Putt Putt Go was very accommodating and professional. He delivered our boat on time and even launched it for us. We couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. Sam is the Man.; God bless you Sam!!

What I liked: great platform to receive several offers wiht competitive prices, helpful reviews to get an impression of quality of service provider, and I found a reliable shipping company which did the job well. What I didn't like: I paid the downpayment via bank transfer as I didn't want to use my credit card. It took more than a week to process the transfer on Shiply's side after payment from my side. Only then could I reach the shipping company to agree on shipping dates. Luckily it was not a time sensitive shipment. The slow processing is not great customer service in an era of fast payment options ...

Der Transport hat sehr gut funktioniert. Leider war der angebotene Preis lediglich ca. 40% der Gesamtkosten.

Zahlungsmethode Überweisung führt zu langen Verzögerungen, Spediteur wird erst danach über Auftragserteilung informiert. Shiply schickt Nachrichten mit toten Links. Positiv: Man findet leicht seinen Spediteur, das hat wirklich toll geklappt.

Shiply does provide a valuable service in connecting independent shippers with customers but I find the website crude and some of the policies less transparent than they should be. I have had 2 good experiences that I mostly credit to the drivers. On their side, Shiply could up their game.
