“Was unable to complete my couriers accept offer form with my chosen courier Good Fellas. The reason was that Shiply would not accept a collection post code 2.7 miles more than originally stated. I emailed Shiply for assistance but received no reply. I then spoke to Good Fellas direct and spoke to their customer service agent Joseph Todd who was excellent in resolving the problem quickly. Good Fellas overall service was excellent in keeping me informed from collection to delivery. Their price too was great value. Would recommend”

“Great experience from A to Z. Mateo was very responsive and communicative. He replied to my messages within minutes. The driver arrived at the exact time he said he would. He was friendly and efficient. Great move!”

“I was pleased with my pick up and delivery to Henderson, Nevada from Westerville, Ohio. I did not know the expectation was for cash upon delivery. I will know next time. The payment was resolved. Thank you to Robert who kept in touch with me and the driver who responded when contacted.”

“Used ACC today. Aaron arrived on time, friendly, helped me get into and start up my frozen car. Took it to the garage then sent me a pick to show it was safely delivered. Great price too. Would definitely recommend this company.”
