“They guaranteed pick by my specified date Not ! They jacked up the price 2 times ! I paid close to double their original quote !”

Hi Jeff, I’m sorry to hear about the price increase you experienced. That is not the level of service we like to see on the platform. Please note that we do not allow couriers to charge extra on top of the quote you have accepted unless there are additional items, a change of address, or other things that are stated in their Terms and Conditions. The accepted price is what you are expected to pay and no more. We understand how frustrating this is, especially since the job has been completed. “The motorcycle we had shipped was damaged in route. The driver failed to secure the load properly and the bike was thrown around inside the truck and ended up with $1,800.00 of damage. The drivers insurance company took a brief look at the bike and missed half the damage and is offering $600.00. I can't get any resolution from the company or the driver...do NOT use them.”
