“PegasLogix failed to pick up our items. They failed to communicate that they would not be arriving at any time during the agreed upon day, despite numerous attempts to reach them about our delivery window. We are now forced to find last minute alternative shipping arrangements. We need a refund of our deposit, which they also failed to confirm they are providing.”

“Prinzipiell waren wir zufrieden. Dass wir quasi gezwungen wurden, eine Versicherung für den Transport abzuschließen fanden wir nicht in Ordnung! Der Transport mit unserer "Wahl" hat sehr gut geklappt.”

“Found Cheap Auto Transport through your platform. Paid 51 dollar reservation fee as requested. Peter at Cheap Auto Transport demanded I venmo 250 dollars to a driver BEFORE they would even come to my vehicle! I refused, Cheap Auto Transport agreed to refund my fee but now refuse to do so! Absolutely terrible experience! Your platform states COD several times? Don't use this company ever!”

We advise not to pay transport providers upfront on our platform if they are less than six months old to avoid such issues. “Das Gute: Man findet jemanden, der einem sein Zeug von A nach B bringt. Das Schlechte: Die Seite ist unübersichtlich und sehr unkomfortabel, das machen andere besser (z. B. Kleinanzeigen). Wenn man den Anbietern zusätzliche Daten geben will, wird ein Betrugsversuch unterstellt, da man Kontaktdaten austauschen würde. Bei Auftragserteilung wird einfach der ganze Vorgang komplett gesperrt, bis die Provision bei Shiply angekommen ist. Die Bezahlung per Lastschrift erfolgt schleppend, was zu Verzögerungen beim Transport führt. Bei mir ging die Lastschrift erst auf Nachfrage raus (1 Woche!), das war viel zu spät für den eigentlich geplanten Termin. Erst wenn die Provision (das ist das Allerwichtigste!) bei Shiply angekommen ist, bekommt man die Kontaktdaten und kann Termine vereinbaren. Man kommt um Shiply nicht herum, aber es macht wirklich keinen Spaß! Mal sehen, ob ich dieses Mal einen Bestätigungslink für diese schlechte Bewertung bekomme. Letztes Mal tat sich nichts...”

“I had a good. Experience with Shipley. They honored all of their contractual agreements they were polite professional in timely. In fact I was surprised at how fast they got my load to its destination considering it was about a thousand mile haul michael is very professional in his dealings with me and I appreciated him if I need a professional. Service in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to call them.”
