Recently accepted a move from Shiply the organized my load with my selected carrier. I paid my Shiply fee but unfortunately my carrier had to be hospitalized. Shiply offered to book my ad on line again. A lot of time had passed since my first booking and I needed my freight moved quickly. After a week with no further offers on my load, I’ve requested a refund on my original move. Received a call this morning that it will soon have my payment refunded. It’s hard to ask for better customer support and service than this. I’ve used them before and will use and be my first point for recommendations.

While I ended up transporting the vehicle myself, Shiply was a fantastic experience. They are clean, responsive, and well-run. You cannot go wrong giving this company a try. It's a great concept!

There is just no way to enter dimensions. It keeps telling that it is not allowed to share a phone number. Whatever you try, all the forms even with words like meters in between, it's just not possible. And for transport dimensions are very important obviously. Complaining isn't possible. Contact function doesn't work either.

PegasLogix failed to pick up our items. They failed to communicate that they would not be arriving at any time during the agreed upon day, despite numerous attempts to reach them about our delivery window. We are now forced to find last minute alternative shipping arrangements. We need a refund of our deposit, which they also failed to confirm they are providing.

Prinzipiell waren wir zufrieden. Dass wir quasi gezwungen wurden, eine Versicherung für den Transport abzuschließen fanden wir nicht in Ordnung! Der Transport mit unserer "Wahl" hat sehr gut geklappt.
