I liked the process with Shiply however working with BAH Logistics was FAR from professional (they had high ratings). AFTER I chose them and paid the deposit they increased my price 40% and at that time it was too late for me to pick another provider as i was moving the next day. After those shenanigans they kept delaying the delivery. it went from Sunday, to Monday to Tuesday and then finally late Wednesday i got my car. The car has burnt orange leather interior and the driver left black greasy hand marks all on the driver door, the interior roof and hand prints all along the outside driver door and roof.

They’ll tell you what they want you to hear so they can lock you in. Then they do what they want to get the shipment completed with all disregard to your needs. Shipment was completed in the allotted time, but was way more painful for me than I was informed it would be.

Positive: Vehicle arrived on time! Negative: lack of communication. I had to reach out several times to get an update. I later learned that the vehicle had been outsourced to a different vendor, and hence the lack of communication.

In the end I found a perfect transport for my car but I am still waiting for the prepayment I did for a transport that did not happen. 97 Euros is a lot of money.

My experience working with Shiply hinged on the experience with the vendor. In my case the vendor was excellent, however, this is not guaranteed. The portal is not easy to navigate and the is little direction regarding the details necessary to have a mutual agreement with the provider. A customer using the site can not take anything for granted and assume that services provided by "standard" companies are being offered, because on this site there are few standards. It is a place they provide a match and take a fee. Customer service from the vendor, Ryan was excellent, not from Shiply

Got the job done without any damage to the motorcycle, and it was cheaper than what I was quoted from motorcycle shipping companies. But communication from shipper wasn't great - was supposed to get notified about pick-up a day before, but it ended up only being a couple hours. Drop off happened hours later than they said - close to midnight - with the shipper changing the ETA multiple times.

Let me first say my tractor that I shipped from Arizona to Oregon was picked up and delivered on time and I was happy with the actual transport. My 3 star rating is based in large part on the fact that all communications, both written and verbal, were from someone whose first language was not English and I had trouble deciphering the broken English. The other thing that ties into this is understanding every step in a clear concise manner like bullet points. Had I had something like this I could have avoided talking to anyone but nothing is provided. An example of this is after paying the initial fee you then have to pay a dispatch fee to the trucker. I was a little miffed when the trucker contacted me the day before pickup and ask for a fuel advance. I quite honestly started to wonder if I had been scammed. Would I use Shiply again.... probably as now I know the ropes but with little effort this could be made much easier for the first time shipper. Also know that when you first enter the information on what you are shipping, it is in concrete. I gave an approximate weight on my tractor and when I found it was actually 1500# lighter and gave then this info they would not change it for a new bid. I accepted the bid presented however so that's on me.

This is a broker who ads their fee to the total price. The rate dealing directly with a moving company may be hundreds lower.

The shiply process was confusing and lacking direction and confirmation therefore I double booked with two transport services. I contacted TforTransport and Muhammad was prompt and responsive in my request to cancel. Seems shiply sent TforTransport instead of the other shipper and i lost it but it certainly wasnt this companys fault.

Website is great and easy to use but you guys shouldn’t charge so much and take it out of the pockets of those drivers doing all the work for you.

Zeitliche Kontaktproblem verhindern eine bessere Bewertung. Auf dringende Hilfe wartet man leide vergeblich. Ein telefonischer Kontakt ist nicht möglich. Schade.

Well other items I have received not a problem … but the trouble is ya little bois trying Do a man’s job… I quoted for a Land Rover chassis to be moved … just full of jokers messaging me and then wen ya finally book someone and pay the deposit they haven’t read what I actually want moving .. for them to reply - we can’t do it - then why quote me ??? Jokers on here

Sie haben viel schlechte Unternehmer sehr wenig Professionelle. Die Planung gestaltet sich sehr schlecht. Shiply bleibt für mich eine Notlösung Mfg
